‘Aqalmand aadmi pahle haq ki ma'arfat haasil karta hai, phir kisi baat ko dekhta hai, agar woh sahih hai to use tasleem kar leta hai chaahe uske qaayal haq parast ho ya gumraah, balke baaz dafa woh gumraho ki baaton me se acchi baato ko alag karne ki koshish karta hai kyun ke use maloom hai ke mitti se sona bhi nikalta hai.’

Kya Quran aur Sunnat Hidayat ke Liye Kaafi Nahi?

Alhamdulillah..

Allah ki kitab aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ki sunnat ki roshni me toh yahi baat milti hai ki ye do chize ek insan ke hidayat ke liye kaafi hai. Lekin hamare muashre me aksar isse alag baat milti hai. Kuch kahte hai ki jab tak Aap hamare firqe se na jud jaaye ap hidayat nahi paa sakte. Isi tarha kuch log kahte hai ki jab tak ap kisi ek Imam ki pairwi na kar le ap hidayat nahi paa sakte aur kuch log ye bhi kahte hai ki bina aslaaf ke tarike par chale hame hidayat ya sidha raasta nahi mil sakta.

Dhayn rahe ki yaha ye kahne ki koshish nahi ki jaa rahi ki hame aslaaf ya ahle ilm ki pairwi nahi karni chahiye. Yaha sirf ye baat samjhayi jaa rahi hai ki Quran aur sunnat hidayat ke liye kaafi hai.

Toh Bilkul Quran aur Sunnat hidayat ke liye kaafi hai. Aaiye ham iski dalail dekhte hai,

Allah pak farmate hai,

۩ Alif laam meem. Is kitab (kay Allah ki kitab honey) mein koi shak nahi, perhezgaron ke liye Hidayat hai.

Surah Baqarah, ayat 1-2.

۩  Ramazan woh maheena hai jisme Quran nazil kiya gaya jo Insaano ke liye saraasar hidayat hai aur aesi waaze taaleemaat par mushtamil hai jo raah e raast dikhane wali aur haq o baatil ka fark khol kar rakh dene wali hai.

Surah Baqarah, ayat- 185.

۩ Alif-laam-raa! Yeh aali shaan kitab ham ne aap ki taraf utari hai kay aap logon ko andheron se ujale ki taraf laayen in kay perwerdigar kay hukm se zabardast aur tareefo walay Allah ki taraf.

Surah Ibraheem (14), ayat- 1.

۩ Malik ibn Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

“Maine tumhare darmiyaan do (2) chize chhodi hai jo tumhe kabhi gumrah nahi karegi jab tak tum in do chizo ko pakde rahoge: Allah ki kitab aur Nabi ki sunnat.”

Muwaṭṭa Imam Malik, hadith-  1661. Ise Ibn Abdul Barr ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'(Jab Eesa a.s. dunya me wapis aayenge to woh) Tumhare Rab ki kitab aur tumhare Nabi ﷺ ki sunnat ke sath tumhari qiyadat ya imamat karenge.

Sahih Muslim, hadees- 394.

Ek Eeman waale ke liye ye daleel kaafi honi chahiye ye samajhne ke liye ki Quran aur sunnat hamare hidayat ke liye kaafi hai.

Lekin Deen par behtar tarike se amal karne ke liye aur usko aur behtar tarike se samajhne ke liye hame Sahaba e karaam, Tabayeen, Tabe-Tabayeen, Muhaddiseen, Ulema e deen ki zarurat padti hai, toh isme koi harj nahi ki ham apne ahle ilm ke keemti Ilm ke khazane ko padhe, samjhe aur us par amal kare, lekin Hidayat ke talluq se Allah ki kitab aur Rasool ﷺ ki sunnat kaafi hai. Aur hame in do chiz ke muqable me kisi aur chiz ko laane ki ijazat nahi hai.

Allah taala farmate hai,

۩ Aur (dekho) kisi momin mard ya kisi momin aurat ko ye haq nahi hai ki jab Allah aur uska Rasool kisi muamle ka faisla kar de to fir use apne us muamle me khud faisla karne ka ikhteyar hasil rahe. (yaad rakho) Allah taala aur us ke Rasool ki jo bhi nafarmani kare ga woh saaf gumraahi me padega.

Surah al ahzaab, ayat- 36.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sirat e mustakeem ata kare. aameen.

Biddati Imam ke Piche Namaz Padhna | Imam Shafi aur Imam Baghawi

۩ Imam al-Baghawi r.h. kahte hai,

'Imam Shafi, biddatio ki gawaahi qubul karne aur unke piche namaz padhne ki ijazat dete the, bina kisi shart ke agarche wo is baat ko napasand samajhte the.

Unki ye raaye is baat ki taraf nishandehi karti hai ki agar wo kisi mauke par un me se kuch logo ko kafir karaar dete hai, toh isse muraad kam darje ka kufr hai, jaise ki Allah s.w.t. is ayat me farmate hai,

“Jo log Allah ke nazil karda kanoon ke mutabiq faisla na kare wahi kafir hai.”

Surah Maidah (5), ayat- 44.'

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

1.  إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَٰكَ ٱلْكَوْثَرَ
2. فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ
3. إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلْأَبْتَرُ-

۩ Innaa aa’taina kal kausar. Fa salli li rabbika wanhar. Inna shani-aka huwal abtar.

۩ Yaqeenan hamne Aap ko Kausar ata ki. Pas Aap apne Rab ke liye namaz padhe aur Qurbani kare. Beshak Aap ka dushman hi be-nasl aur be-naam o nishan hoga.

Haqeeqat Parast vs Shakshiyat Parast


Insan do qism ke hote hai,

۩1. Shakshiyat Parast
۩2. Haqeeqat Parast

Shakshiyat Parast wo hai jo baato ko shakshiyat ke aetbaar se dekhte hai. Jis baat se uske mahboob shakshiyat ki ta'eed nikle, us ko wo thik samajhte hai, aur jis baat se uske mahboob shakshiyat ka radd ho raha ho toh wo uske inkari ban jaate hai.

Haqeeqat parast wo hai jo baato ko hakeekat ke aetebaar se dekhte hai. Jo baat dalail se sabit ho us ko maan lete hai, aur jo bat dalail se durust sabit na ho us ko radd kar dete hai,

Yahi dusri qism ke log hai jo khuda ko paate hai. Jo aakhri aa'laa hakeekat hai. Pahli qism ke log saari zindagi, saari umar shakshiyat ke qawl (farmaan) me band rahte hai, aur isi me mar jaate hai. Jab bhi unko sach baat batayi jaati hai wo jawab dete hai ki hamare buzurg, ulema, muhaddis kaise galat ho sakte hai? Yaani wo is haqiqat se anjaan hai ki insaan hone ke naate in sab se galti ho sakti hai.

Wo is lazzat e ma'arifat se mahroom rahte hai jo haqeeqi Rab ko paa kar kisi banda e parwar ko hasil hoti hai.

Ilm Ke Imtehan Se Kya Muraad Hai ?


Alhamdulillah..

Ham maise aksar log is baat se anjaan hai ki amal ke sath sath Allah hamare Ilm ka bhi imtehaan le raha hai. 

Aur Ilm ke imtehan se murad ye baate hai:

1۩ Kya humne apne apko taa'subaat se paak karne ki koshish ki hai?

2۩ Kya ham ab bhi jazbaat main bah jate hai?

3۩ Kya ab bhi ham usi jagah par khade hai ke pahle agar ek shakhs ki aqeedat (andhi-takleed ; blind-following) me mubtala the toh ab kisi doosre shakhs ki aqeedat me mubtala ho gaye hai?

3۩ Kya is Ilm ke safar me waqayi ab ham khalis daleel ki bunyaad par cheezo ko samjhte hai?

4۩ Agar koi hamari maani hui raa'ye se mukhtalif cheez ki taraf hame bulaye to hamara response gair tassubana hota hai?

5۩ Kya hum aj bhi poori tawajjoh se uski bat sunne ke liye amaa'da ho jaate hai?

6۩ Kya hamare andar ye cheez maujood hai ke agar hamari galti ham par waa'zeh ki jayegi toh hum haq ko maan lenge?

Rasoolullah ﷺ ki Hadees ka Ahtaraam


۩ Imam Malik ke shagird Abu Salamah Mansoor bin Salamah bin Abdul Azeez al-Khuza'yi r.h. (d. 210 hijri) farmate hai:

کان مالک بن أنس إذا أراد أن یخرج لیحدّث، توضأ وضوءه للصّلاة، ولبس أحسن ثیابه، ولبس قلنسوةً، ومشط لحیته، فقیل له فی ذلک؟ فقال: أوقّربه حدیث رسول اللہ ﷺ-

'(Imam) Malik bin Anas (al-Madani r.h.) jab hadees bayaan karne ke liye (ghar se) baahar aate toh namaz waala wuzu karte, achhe kapde pahente, (sar par) topi rakhte aur apni daadhi ki kanghi karte the.

Is baare me jab Ap se pucha gaya toh farmaya, 'Is tarha, Mai Rasoolullah ﷺ ki hadees ki taazeem karta hu.''

Al-Jaami' li Akhlaq ar-raawi wa Aadab as-saami, 903. Iski sanad Shaykh Zubair ali zai ke nazdeek sahih hai.

۩ Ma'mar bin Raashid farmate hai,

“Qatadah (tabayeen) is baat ko na-pasand karte the ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ki hadeese bagair wuzu ke bayaan ki jaaye.”

Al-Jaami' li Akhlaq ar-raawi wa Aadab as-saami, 975. Iski sanad Shaykh Zubair ali zai ke nazdeek sahih hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Mufti ki Sifaat | Imam Ahmad

Jo shakhs fatwe dene ke liye khud ko tayyaar karna chahta ho toh us me kaun si sifaat ka hona zaruri hai?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Hafiz Ibn Qayyim r.h. kahte hai,

Abu Abdullah ibn Battah ne apni kitab Al-Khala' me naqal kiya hai ki Imam Ahmad r.h. ne kaha,

Kisi bhi shakhs ko fatawa dene ke mansab par qayam nahi hona chahiye jab tak ke us (shaks) me paanch sifaat na ho,

۩1. Us ki niyat honi chahiye, agar us ki niyat hi nahi toh fir na toh us par noor hai aur na hi us ke kalaam par noor hoga .

۩2. Us ke paas Ilm, sabr, waqaar aur sakeenat ho.

۩3. Use Ilm par mazbut girift honi chahiye.

۩4. Uski shakshiyat mazbut honi chahiye aur logo ki tanqeed us par asar-andaaz nahi honi chahiye.

۩5. Use logo ki maarfat (pahchan) honi chahiye.

Ye Imam Ahmad r.h. (tabe-tabaeen) ka qawl hai. Is se hame unke Ilm aur unki shakshiyat ka ilm hota hai. Allah unhe Jannat me buland darja ata kare aur unke ilm se ham sab ko fayda uthane ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Kya Al-Albani Ne Bukhari Aur Muslim ki Kuch Hadeeso ko Zaif Kaha Hai?


 Sawal 

Asslamu alaikum sir. Kya ye baat sach hai ki Shaykh Albani ne Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ki kuch hadeeso ko zaif karaar diya hai?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Ye baat bilkul sahih hai ki Shaykh Albani r.h. ne Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ki kuch hadeeso ko zaif karaar diya hai.

۩ Shaykh Albani farmate hai:

"جهل بعض الناشئين الذي يتعصبون لـ " صحيح البخاري "، وكذا لـ " صحيح مسلم " تعصبا أعمى ، ويقطعون بأن كل ما فيهما صحيح"-

“Baaz nawjawan log jo shiddat-pasandi se Sahih al Bukhari aur isi tarha Saheeh Muslim par jan-nisar (devoted) hai wo Be-Ilm (ignorant) hai aur wo zid par ade hai ki unme sab kuch sahih hai...”

Silsilat al-Ahaadeeth as-Saheehah (no. 2540). 

۩ Shaykh Albani farmate hai:

لكن في أثناء البحث العلمي تمر معي بعض الأحاديث في الصحيحين أو في أحدهما ، فينكشف لي أن هناك بعض الأحاديث الضعيفة! لكن من كان في ريب مما أحكم أنا على بعض الأحاديث فليعد إلى " فتح الباري" فسيجد هناك أشياء كثيرة وكثيرة جداً ينتقدها الحافظ أحمد ابن حجر العسقلاني " انتهى من " فتاوى الشيخ الألباني-

“... Lekin mere taaleemi tahkeek ke dauran maine Saheehayn (Bukhari aur Muslim) me kuch hadeese paayi, ya do maise ek, aur mujhe ahsaas hua ki unme kuch hadeese zaif hai! Lekin (in) chand hadeeso ke bareme jise bhi mujh par shak ho toh use chahiye ki wo Fath al Bari ka mutalla kare jaha par use boht si chize pata chalengi jinki tanqeed al-Hafiz Ahmad ibn Hajar al Asqalaani (author) ne ki hai.”[alfaz khatm]

Fataawa ash-Shaykh al-Albaani (safa- 565).

۩ Shaykh Albani ke is raaye par Shaykh Saleh al Munajjid kahte hai:

“Khulasa yahi hua ki Shaykh Albani ne waqai me Saheehayn (Bukhari aur Muslim) ki kuch hadeeso ko zaif karaar diya hai.”


۩ Shaykh Albani ke is raaye par Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai kahte hai:

“Shaykh Albani ne Sahih Muslim ki tees (30) se zyada Hadeeso ko zaif karaar diya hai. Aur Shaykh Albani marte-marte Sahih al Bukhari ki kayi hadeeso ko zaif karaar dekar gaye hai. Aur ye Shaykh Albani ki Manhaj ki galti hai, unki manhaj ki khami hai.”

Lekin ham Shaykh Albani ki is raaye se ikhtilaf karte hai. Aur hamara manna hai ki Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ki tamaam hadeese sahih hai, jaise ki jamhoor Muhaddiseen ki raaye hai.

Shaykh Albani ki raaye se is baat ki bhi tashdeek hoti hai ki Jamhoor ki raaye se ikhtilaf kiya ja sakta hai agar hame koi baat Quran, sunnat ya usool e deen ke lihaj se thik na lage, jaisa ke Shaykh Albani ko bhi pata tha ki Jamhoor Muhaddiseen Sahih al Bukhari aur Sahih Muslim ki saari hadeeso ko sahih kahte hai lekin iske bawujud unhone is chiz par jamhoor se ikhilaf kiya.

Nabi ﷺ Ki Aulaad

Nabi ﷺ ke kitni bete-betiya aur kis biwi se thi?

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Nabi ﷺ ki aulaad me bete aur betiya jin me sab se pahle 'Qaasim' the jo ke bachpan me hi faut ho gaye the, aur ye bhi kaha jata hai ke woh sawari par sawaar hone ki umar tak zinda rahe, un ke baad Zainab r.a. hai aur ye bhi kaha jata hai ke yeh Qaasim se badi thi.

Fir un ke baad Ruqayyah, Umme Kulsoom aur Fatimah hai, aur har ek ke baare me kaha gaya hai ke wo apni dusri baheno se badi thi.

Ibn Abbas r.a. se bayan kiya gaya hai ke Ruqayyah r.a. teeno se badi thi, aur Umme Kulsoom r.a. sab se choti thi.

Fir Nabi ﷺ ke yaha Abdullah r.a. ki paidaish hui, aur is me ikhtilaf hai ke aaya woh Nubuwat se pahle paida hue ya ke woh baad az nabuwat, aur baaz ne ise sahih karaar diya ke woh Nubuwat ke baad paida hue.

Aur is me bhi ikhtilaf hai ke aaya Abdullah hi Taaahir aur Tayyib hai ya ke woh dono dusri aulad hai. Is me do qawl hain, aur sahih yahi hai ke yeh dono Abdullah ke laqab hai. wa Allaho aalam.

Aur ye sab ke sab Khadija r.a. ki aulaad hai, aur kisi dusri biwi se Nabi ﷺ ka koi bachha paida nahi hua, fir Nabi ﷺ ke yaha un ki laundi Maariyah al-Qibtiyyah se aathwi hijri me Ibraheem paida hue.

Zaad al-Ma’aad, 1/103.

Toh is tarha sahih yeh hai ke Nabi ﷺ ki aulaad ki tadaad saat hai jin me teen bete aur chaar betiya thi. Beto ke naam ye hai:

1. Qaasim

2. Abdullah

3. Ibraheem

Betiyo ke naam ye hai:

1. Zaynab

2. Ruqayyah

3. Umme Kulsoom

4. Fatimah

Nabi ﷺ ki beti Fatimah r.a. ke alawa baaki saari aulaad Nabi ki zindagi me hi faut ho gaye the, sirf Fatimah r.a. Nabi ﷺ ke baad faut hui.

Ahle Bait Kaun Hai?


Alhamdulillah..

Allah ki kitab aur Rasoolullah ki sunnat me in logo ko ahle bait me shumaar kiya gaya hai:

1. Nabi ﷺ Ki Biwiya Aur Unke Aulaad
2. Hasan, Hussain, Fatimah, Ali
3. Aal e Ali, Aal e Aqeel, Aal e Jafar, Aal e Abbas (Banu Haashim ibn Abd Manaaf)
4. Upar Zikr Karda Logo Ke Gulam
5. Jinhe Nabi ﷺ Ne Khud Ahle Bait Karaar Diya Ho.

۞ Nabi ﷺ Ki Biwiya Aur Unke Aulaad

۩ Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

'Aur apne gharo me qaraar se raho aur pichle jaahiliyat ke zamaane ki tarah apne banaao ka izhaar na karo aur Namaz ada karti raho aur Zakat deti raho aur Allah aur us ke Rasool ki itaat guzaari karo. Allah yahi chahta hai ke aye ahle bait (Nabi ki ghar waaliyo) Tum se woh (har tarah ki) napaki ko dur kar de aur tumhe khoob paak kar de.'

Surah Ahzaab ﴾33﴿, ayat-33.

Aur ek dusri ayat me Ibraheem a.s. ki biwi 'Sarah' ko farishte kahte hai,

'Farishto ne kaha, kya tum Allah taala ki qudrat se tajjub kar rahi ho? Aye ahle bait (ghal wali) tum par Allah taala ki rahmat aur us ki barkat nazil hui, aur yaqeenan Allah nihayat qaabil e taareef aur badi shaan wala hai.'

Surah Hood ﴾11﴿, ayat- 73.

۞ Hasan, Hussain, Fatimah, Ali

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki,

“Rasoolullah ﷺ subah ko nikle aur Aap ﷺ ek chaadar oodhe hue the jis par kajaawo ki surate ya haandiyo ki surate bani hue thi. Itne me Hasan r.a. aaye to Aap ﷺ ne un ko us chaadar ke andar kar liya. Fir Hussain r.a. aaye toh un ko bhi us me daakhil kar liya. Fir Fatimah r.a. aayi toh un ko bhi unhi ke saath shamil kar liya fir Ali r.a. aaye toh un ko bhi shamil kar ke farmaaya ke,

 'Allah chahta hai ke tum se na-paaki ko dur kare aur tum ko paak kare aye ahle bait (ghar waalo).' (surah ahzaab, ayat- 33).” 

Sahih Muslim, kitab fazail e ashaab raziAllaho tala anhum ﴾44﴿, hadees-  6261.

۞  Aal e Ali, Aal e Aqeel, Aal e Jafar, Aal e Abbas (Banu Haashim ibn Abd Manaaf)

۩ Zaid bin Arqam r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

Mai tum me do bhaari cheeze chhore jata hu. Pahle toh Allah ki kitab hai aur is me hidayat hai aur isme noor hai. Toh Allah ki kitaab ko pakde raho aur is ke paband raho. Gharz ke Aap ﷺ ne Allah ki kitab ki taraf raghbat dilayi.

Fir farmaya ke dusri cheez mere ahle bait hai. Mai tumhe apne ahle bait ke (faraiz ke) bare me yaad dilaata hu.

Hussain ne kaha ke aye Zaid! Aap ﷺ ke ahle bait kaun hai, kya Aap ﷺ ki biwiya ahle bait nahi hai? Zaid r.a. ne kaha ke biwiya bhi ahle bait me daakhil hai lekin (yaha) ahle bait se murad wo hai jin par zakat haraam hai. Hussain ne kaha ke woh kaun log hai?

Zaid r.a. ne kaha ke woh aal e Ali, aal e Aqeel, aal e Jafar aur aal e Abbas hai. Hussain ne kaha ke in sab par zakat haraam hai? Zaid r.a. ne kaha ke Haan!

Sahih Muslim, kitab fazail e ashaab raziAllaho tala anhum ﴾44﴿, hadees- 6225.

۞ Upar Zikr Karda Logo Ke Gulam

۩ Ihn Abi Rafi apne walid se riwayat karte hai ki

Rasoolullah ﷺ ne Banu Makhzum ke ek shakhs ko sadaqa jama karne ke liye muqarrar farmaya, toh Abu Rafi ne bhi un ke sath jana chaha, toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Sadaqah hamare liye halaal nahi hai, logo ke gulam ka bhi inhi me se shumaar hota hai.'

Sunan Nasai, kitab al zakat ﴾23﴿, hadees- 2612. Ise darussalam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۞ Ek Ikhtilaf

Hamare ahle ilm me ikhtilaf hai ki Banu’l-Muttalib ahle bait me shumar hote hai ya nahi. Imam Shafi aur Imam Ahmad ki ye raaye hai ki ye ahle bait me shumar hote hai jab ki Imam Abu Hanifa aur Imam Malik ki ye raaye hai ki ye ahle bait me shumar nahi hote hai. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Gumrahi Se Bachne Ke Raaste


Alhamdulillah..

Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

Alif-laam-raa! Ye aali-shaan kitab ham ne Aap ki taraf utari hai ke Aap logo ko andhero se ujale ki taraf laaye, in ke parwardigaar ke hukm se, zabardast aur tareefo waale Allah ki taraf.

Surah Ibraheem ﴾14﴿, ayat-1.

۩ Malik ibn Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Maine tumhare darmiyaan do (2) chize chhodi hai jo tumhe kabhi gumrah nahi karegi jab tak tum in do chizo ko pakde rahoge: Allah ki kitab aur Rasool ki sunnat.”

Muwaṭṭa Imam Malik, hadith- 1661. Ise Ibn Abdul Barr ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Hamare muashre me ye galat-fehmi ya gumrahi hai ki Ummat ko hidayat paane ke liye Allah ki kitab yaani Quran aur Rasool ki sunnat yaani sahih hadees kaafi nahi hai.

Ek tabqa ye kahta hai ki Quran aur sunnat ko jab tak kisi ustad ya ulema ke zarye nahi padha jayega tab tak hidayat nahi mil sakti.
Dusra tabqa ye kahta hai ki jab tak Quran aur sunnat ko salaf ya Muhaddiseen ke fahm se nahi samjhenge tab tak sidha rasta ya hidayat nahi mil sakega.

Ye dono baate upar ki ayat, hadees e mubarak aur hamare sahaba ke tarike ke khilaf hai. Ye baat zarur hai ki agar ap aslaaf e deen, ya imam e deen, ulema ke zarye padhenge toh apke ilm me mazeed izafa ho sakta hai aur hota hai, apke kuch mushkilat ya shak ko ye ahle ilm dur karte hai aur apke ilm me mazeed izafa hota hai, ap par kuch baate aur behtar tarah se waazeh hoti hai, aur bohut saare fayde hai. Lekin ye baat ki Quran aur sahih hadith hidayat ke liye kaafi nahi ye kahna kufr hai jaisa ki upar ki ayat aur Aap ﷺ ke hadees me kaha gaya hai.

Aaiye is mauzu par ham sahaba e karaam ka tarika dekhte hai.

۩ Salim bin Abdullah r.a. ne bayan kiya ki unhone Ahle Shaam mai se ek shaks se suna, wo Abdullah bin Umar r.a. se Hajj me Umra se fayda (Hajj e Tamattu) ke bareme puch raha tha. Toh Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ne kaha, "Ye jayz hai". Is par Shaami (sham ka rahne wala) ne kaha, " (Lekin) Apke ke walid (Umar r.a.) ne to isse roka hai?

Abdullah ibn Umar ne kaha, 'Zara tum ye batao, agar mere walid kisi chiz se roke aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne use kiya ho toh mere walid ke hukm ki pairwi ki jayegi ya RasoolAllah ﷺ ki, toh usne kaha, "RasoolAllah ﷺ ke hukm ki", toh unhone kaha, 'Rasoolullah ﷺ ne aesa kiya hai'.

Jamia Tirmizi, Kitab al Hajj ﴾9﴿, hadith-824. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Ye toh tha sahaba e karaam ka tarika. Agar aj ke log us zamane me hote toh shayad palat kar ye kahte ki kya Tum Umar r.a. se zyada jante ho? Tum itne bade sahaba ki galti nikalte ho? Kya Umar r.a. ko deen samajh me nahi aayi jo tumhe aagai, wagaira wagaira.

Lekin sahaba e karaam ka rawayya dekhe, ki jab Allah ke Rasool ki baat aagai toh wahi saare alfaz khatm ho gaye, aur Rasoolullah ka tarika harf e aakhir ho gaya. Allah hame sahaba e karaam jaisa eemaan ata kare. Sahaba ka rawayya ye isliye tha kyuki unhe pata tha ki Quran me hame yahi hukm diya gaya hai. Lekin aj hamara kya haal hai, ham sirf apne matlab ki ayat lete hai aur baaki chor dete hai.

۩ Allah ﷻ farmate hai

Aur (dekho) kisi momin mard ya kisi momin aurat ko ye haq nahi hai ki jab Allah aur uska Rasool kisi muamle ka faisla kar de to fir use apne us muamle me khud faisla karne ka ikhteyar hasil rahe. (yaad rakho ) Allah taala aur us ke Rasool ki jo bhi nafarmani karega woh saaf gumrahi me padega.

Quran, surah al ahzab ﴾33﴿, ayat-36.

Aur Ise liye hamare imam aur aslaaf ka tarika bhi yahi tha.

۩ Imam Malik (tabe-tabaeen) farmate hai:

“Mai sirf ek insaan hu, kabhi meri baat sahih hoti hain aur kabhi galat, toh tum meri us baat ko jo Quran aur Hadees ke mutabik ho le liya karo aur us baat ko jo is ke khilaf ho chor diya karo.”

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame Allah ki kitab ko aur Rasool ki sunnat ko harf e aakhir manne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Salaf ke Faham se Deen Samajhna


Salaf as saaleh yaani nek aslaaf. Salaf me teen zamane ke logo ko shumaar kiya jata hai, Sahaba, Tabaeen aur Tabe-Tabaeen.

Salaf ke fahm se deen samajhne se murad ye hai ki ham salaf ke raaye aur unke amal se deen ko samajhte hai jab tak ke unki raaye kitab wa sunnat ke khilaf na jaye. Ye isliye kyuki wo behtareen zamane ke log the, jaisa ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne ek hadees me farmaya hai,

۩ Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Sabse behtareen log mere zamane ke hai (RasoolAllah aur sahaba), aur fir wo jo iske baad ayenge (tabaeen), aur fir wo jo uske baad ayenge (tabe-tabaeen).”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab Ar Riqaaq ﴾81﴿, hadees- 6429.

Lekin iska ye bilkul matlab nahi hai ki hamare aslaaf se galti nahi ho sakti. Deen me sirf ek hi insan hai jisse galti nahi ho sakti aur wo hai Allah ke Rasool. Unke alawa koi bhi insan nahi hai jisse deen ke masle me galti na ho sake. Isi talluq se Imam Malik ka qawl hame milta hai jo khud ek salaf hai:

۩ Imam Malik (tabe-tabaeen) farmate hai:

“Mai sirf ek insaan hu, kabhi meri baat sahih hoti hain aur kabhi galat, toh tum meri us baat ko jo Quran aur Hadees ke mutabik ho le liya karo aur us baat ko jo is ke khilaf ho chor diya karo.”

Baaz log aese hai jo salaf ke tarike par chalne me gulu kar jaate hai aur wo baaz auqat salaf ke qawl ko Quran ki ayato aur hadees ke muqable me pesh karte hai. Ye jahalat hai aur salaf ki Taqleed hai. Ham salaf ke qawl ko bas wahi tak tasleem karte hai jab tak salaf ki raaye ya amal kisi ayat ya sahih hadees ke khilaf na jaaye.

۞ Is Mauzu par ek misaal

۩ Muslim Ibn Ibraaheem kahte hai:

Hishaam Ad-Dastawaa’ee r.h. (Tabaeen) kabhi bhi raat se lekar subah tak apna charag baahar nahi rakhte the aur ye kaha karte the, “Jab bhi andhera hota hai, mai kabr ke andherapan ke bareme sochne lagta hu.”

Al-Hilyah, 6/221.

Lekin Rasoolullah ﷺ ne sone se pahle charag bujhane ka hukm diya hai.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke raat ki jab ibtida ho ya (Aap ne farmaya ) jab shaam ho toh apne bachho ko rok lo (aur ghar se bahar na nikalne do) kyunke is waqt shaitan fail jaate hai fir jab raat ki ek ghadi guzar jaaye toh inhe chor do aur darwaze band kar lo aur is waqt Allah ka naam lo kyunke shaitan band darwaze ko nahi kholta aur Allah ka naam le kar apne mashkeezo (waterskin) ka mun baandh do. Allah ka naam le kar apne bartano ko dhaak do, khwah kisi cheez ko is par rakh kar hi dhak sako aur apne chirag (sona se pahle ) bujha diya karo.

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al shurbat ﴾74﴿, hadees- 5623.

Toh ab ek eemaan wale ko salaf ke qawl ko chor dena chahiye aur hadees par wapis aa jana chahiye kyuki jab hadees mil jaye toh wahi hamara mazhab hai. Aur Quran me Allah ka yahi hukm hai,

Aqeeqah Ki Dua

hi   

۩ Ayesha r.a. ne farmaya ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “Aqeeqah karo, ladke ke taraf se do bakre ek jaise aur ladki ki taraf se ek bakra.”
Ap r.a. ne farmaya ke Aap ﷺ ne Hasan aur Hussain ki taraf se saatwe din do (do) bakre diye aur sar ke baal utarwane ka hukm diya aur farmaya ke isi ke naam pe zabah karo aur is tarha kaho:

بسم الله والله أكبر واللهم لك وإليك هذه عقيقة فلان -

Bismillahi wa Allahu akbar wa Allahumma laqa wa ilayk hazihi aqeeqatu fulaan. [pic]

Allah ke naam se, Allah sab se Bada hai, aur aye Allah ye tere hi liye hai aur teri hi taraf hai. Ye fulaan bachhe ka aqeeqah hai. 

[fulaan ke jagah bachhe ka naam hoga]

Sunan Baihaqi, kitab az-zahaya ﴾58﴿, hadees- 19077. [scan]. Imam Nawawi ne isko al Majmua, 8/428 me hasan karaar diya hai.

Note: Ye dua aqeeqah ka janwar qurban karte waqt padhni hai aur chahe bachha ladka ho ya ladki, dono ke liye ek hi dua hai.

Dua Me Allah ki Tareef Karna Aur Nabi ﷺ Par Durood Bhejna

Ye mustahab hai ki dua ki shuruat Allah ki tareef aur Nabi ﷺ par durood o salam bhej kar kiya jaye.

۩ Fazalah bin Ubaid kahte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne ek shakhs ko namaz ke andar Dua karte hue suna, us ne Nabi ﷺ par salat (durood ) na bheja, Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: “Isne jaldi ki”, fir ap ne use bulaya, aur usse aur uske alawa dusro ko khitab kar ke farmaya, 'Jab tum me se koi bhi namaz padh chuke toh use chahiye ke woh pahle Allah ki hamd o sana bayan kare, fir Nabi ﷺ par durood bheje, fir is ke baad woh jo chahe dua mange'.

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab ad-dawaat ﴾48﴿, hadees- 3477. Ise Imam Tirmizi ne hasan sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Fazalah bin Ubaid kahte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek aadmi ko namaz me dua karte hue suna, usne na toh Allah ki buzurgi bayan ki, aur na hi Nabi ﷺ par durood bheja, toh RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, Aye namazi! Tum ne jaldbazi kar di, fir Rasool ﷺ ne use sikhaya (ke kis tarha dua ki jaye) aur isi tarha RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek aadmi ko namaz ki haalat me Allah ki buzurgi aur hamd bayan karte, aur Nabi ﷺ par durood bhejte suna toh farmaya, 'Ap dua kare ap ki dua qubool ki jayegi, aur mango ap ko diya jayega.'

Sunan Nisai, kitab al sahu ﴾13﴿, hadees- 1285. Ise Darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

۩ Imam Nawawi kahte hai,

“Ulema  ka is par Ijma hai ki dua ki shuruat Allah ki taareef aur Nabi par salat (durood) bhejne se kiya jaye, aur isi tarike se dua ko khatam bhi kiya jaye (hamd aur durood ke sath). Is mazmun par bohut si marfoo riwayate (jinki nisbat RasoolAllah ke taraf) hai.

۞ Dua Me Allah ki Tareef Karne Aur Nabi ﷺ Par Durood Bhejne ka ek aasan alfaz:

“Alhamdulillah wassalatu wassalam ala RasoolAllah.”

Ye padh kar dua ki shuruat kare.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame amal karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Imam Nasai r.h. ki Wafaat ka Bayaan


Jab Misr me apke Ilm wa Adab ka charcha khoob hua toh haasideen (hasad karne walo) ne hasad karna shuru kar diya. Aap waha se Falastin ke shahar 'Ramlah' gaye. Yaha chunke banu Ummayya ki taweel hukumat ke sabab kharjiyat aur nasbiyat ka zor tha, log hazrat Ali r.a. ke baare me badgumaan the, lehaza ap Damashq tashreef le gaye, mimbar par tashreef laakar kitab 'khasais e Ali' ki qirat shuru ki, abhi thodi si hi padhi thi ke logo ne istefsar karna shuru kar diya ke Ameer Muawiya ke baare me bhi kuch likha hai? Imam sahab ne inki mansha ke khilaf jawab diya, awaam mushtamil ho gayi aur apko maara peeta.

Nazuk jagaho par sakht chote aayi, behoshi ki halat me log utha kar ghar laaye. Hosh aane par apko mahsus hua ke shayad mai zinda na rah saku toh bataur e wasiyyat apne farmaya ke mujhe Makkah muazzama le chalo. Mera madfan aur jaaye wafaat wahi honi chahiye. Kaha jata hai ke apki wafaat Makkah muazzama me hui aur apko safa wa marwa ke darmiyan dafan kiya gaya.

Ashra Mubashra


Alhamdulillah..

Wo 10 (das) log jinhe RasoolAllah ﷺ ne Jannat ki basharat di thi wo Aap ke ashaab maise hai. Iska zikr ek saheeh hadees me hai jise Abdur Rahman bin Awf r.a. ne riwayat kiya hai:

۩ Abdur Rahman bin Awf r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya,

Abu Bakr jannati hai, Umar jannati hai, Usman jannati hai, Ali jannati hai, Talha jannati hai, Zubair jannati hai, Abdur Rahman bin Awf jannati hai, Sa'd bin abi Waqqas jannati hai, Sa'eed jannati hai, and Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah jannati hai.”

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al Manaqib ﴾49﴿, hadees- 3747. Ise Darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Dusre ashaab e Rasool bhi hai jinhe Jannat ki basharat mili hai, jaise Khadeejah bint Khuwaylid, Abdullaah ibn Salaam, Ukaashah ibn Muhsan, wagaira. Lekin upar ke 10 sahaba ko Ashra Mubashra isliye kaha jata hai kyuki in tamaam sahaba ko ek hi hadees me Jannat ki basharat mili hai. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Ahle Ilm Ki Galtiya | Imam Zahabi


۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar ek bada alim zyada tar sahih hota hai, aur sach ke liye uski muhtat (meticulous) tashveesh, aur uske ilm ki wusat, aur uski aqalmandi jis ke liye wo achhi tarah se jaana jata hai; jaise ki uski neki aur parhezgaari ke liye, aur uske amal ke liye, toh uske gunah muaf ho jate hai. Aur uske saare acche kaamo ko bhula kar ham ye nahi kahte hai ki wo gumrah ho gaya hai, (Ji) Ye thik hai! Albatta, ham uske galti ya biddat ki pairwi nahi karte, aur ham ye ummeed karte hai ki wo tauba karega (agar use apni galti ka ehsaas hua).”

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

Ham sunnat aur sunnat wale log se muhabbat karte hai. Aur ham ahle ilm se (sunnat par) amal aur unki neki aur tareef ke layk kirdaar ke wajah se muhabbat karte hai. Albatta, ham unke kisi biddat se muhabbat nahi karte, jo wo galat ijtehad karne ke wajah se lekar aate hai. Aur sabse zaruri chiz jo dekhi jayegi wo uske neki ki taadaad hai.”

Sayr-ul-A’laam An-Nubalaa (Vol. 20, pg. 46).

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar ham har baar ahle ilm ko ahle biddat (biddati) bana dein jab kabhi wo galti kare muqammal tahkeek ke baad, shariat ke kisi ahkaam ko nikaalne ke liye, fir toh Ibn Nasr and Ibn Mandah jaise log hamse mahfuz na rahte, na hi koi aur ahle ilm - yaha tak ki wo bhi jo inse bade hai. Wo Allah hai jo apne makhluq ko sach ke taraf rahnumayi karta hai aur wo raham karne walo ke liye bada rahmaan hai. Aur ham Allah se, apni khwahisho aur sakht dil aur be-adabi ki panaah talab karte hai.”

۩ Imam Zahabi farmate hai,

“Agar har (alim) ko, uske muqammal tahkeek ke baad shariat ke kisi ahkaam nikalne me galti ke wajah se ham tabah kar dete aur unko ahle biddat me shumaar kar lete- unke sahih eemaan aur sach ki pairwi karne ki niyat hone ke bawujud, toh fir sirf kuch hi alim hamse mahfuz rahte. Allah in sab par apne karam aur sakhawat ke sath raham kare.”

Ilm Hasil Karne Ki Koi Umar Nahi Hoti | Imam Bukhari

۞ Imam ul Muhaddiseen, Imam Bukhari r.h. farmate hai,

“Sardaar banne ke baad bhi ilm haasil karo, kyunki RasoolAllah ﷺ ke Sahaba-e-kiraam r.a. ne badi umar mein ilm haasil kiya.”

Sahih al-Bukhari, kitab al ilm ﴾3﴿, baab- Ilm-o-hikmat mein rashk karna, hadith- 73 ke tahat.

Is baab ke tahat Imam Bukhari ye hadees lekar aaye hai:

۩ Abdullah Ibn e Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya: Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya, “Rashk (hasad) sirf do (2) baato me jayez hai, Ek toh us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah Ta’ala ne maal diya ho aur wo ise raah e Haq mein kharch karta ho aur dusre us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah ne (Quran aur Hadees ka) Ilm de rakha ho aur wo uske mutabik faisle karta ho aur logon ko uski taaleem deta ho.”

Ahle Ilm Ki Galtiya | Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali

Ibn Rajab Hanbali (d. 795h) farmate hai,

“Allah ne apni kitab (Quran) ke alawa kisi bhi kitab ko kamil (perfect) karne se inkar kiya hai. Aur aadil aur nek aadmi wo hai jo kisi ki kuch galtiyo ko muaf kar deta hai iski wajah se ki wo boht baar sahih tha.”
