Yaum e Arafah | Salaf

۩ Abdullah ibn Mubarak r.h. kahte hai,

'Mai Yaum e Arafa ke din Sufiyan sauri r.h. ke kamre me dakhil hua jab woh ghutno par jhuke hue the aur aansu baha rahe the toh woh meri janib mude aur mai ne un se kaha:

'Kya Ap jaante hai aj ke din khasara me kaun hai?'

Unhone jawab diya,

“Woh jo ye sochta hai ke Allah use muaf nahi karega.”

Kya Aurat Qurbani ka Jaanwar Zabah Kar Sakti Hai?


Alhamdulillah..

Daur e Nabawi se lekar aaj tak, ummat ka aam amal yahi hai ki Qurbani ke jaanwar ko mard zabah karte aaye hai, lekin hamare zahen me ye sawal aa sakta hai ki kya ek aurat jaanwar zabah kar sakti hai. Aaiye is sawal ke jawab par roshni daalte hai.

Ulema e Islam is baat par mutaffiq (agree) hai. Quran aur Sunnat ke alfaz me aam istehlat istemal hone ki wajah se Aurat ke zariye zabah kiya gaya Gosht khana jaiz hai.

۩ Irshaad e baari ta'ala hai,

'Tumhare liye haraam kiya gaya hai murda jaanwar aur khoon aur suwar ka gosht aur jis par Allah ke siwa kisi aur ka naam liya gaya ho. 

Surah Maida (5), ayat- 3.

۞ Ka'b bin Malik r.a. riwayat karte hai,

'Ek aurat ne ek bhed (sheep) ko ek patthar se zabah kar diya aur fir Rasoolullah ﷺ se iske baare me pucha gaya aur unhone is (zabah kiye hue bhed) ko khane ki ijazat de.'

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al zabah wal sayid (72), hadees- 5504.

Is hadees se yeh wazeh (clear) ho jata hai ke aam istehlat istemal hone ki wajah se aurat jaanwaro ko zabah kar sakti hai fir wo Qurbani ka gosht ho ya bakaida khane (regular food) ke liye zabah kiya jaane wala.

۩ Ibn e Hajar r.h. ne is hadees par tabsera karte hue kaha,

“Isse ye zahir hota hai ke Aurat ke zarye zabah shuda gosht khane ki ijazat hai, khwah wo aazad ho ya gulam, budhi ya jawan, musalman ho ya ahle kitab (Yahoodi ya Isaayi), pakeezgi ki halat me ya kisi aur tarah se,
Kyu ke Nabi ﷺ ne inhe bataya ke wo gosht khaye jo unhone zabah kiya tha aur iske baare me mazeed tafseel talab nahi ki.”

۩ Shaykh ibn Taymiyya r.h. kahte hai,

'Kisi aese Jaanwar ko khane ki ijazat hai jisko mard ya Aurat marne se pahle hi Islamic taur par zabah karte hai. Ya Aurat ke zarye zabah kiya jaane wala gosht, chahe wo haiz (periods) ki halat me hi kyu na ho, kyu ke ye haiz ki halat uske hath me nahi hai.
Agar koi aurat kisi janwar ko islami tareeke par zabah karti hai, us jaanwar ke marne se pahle, toh us jaanwar ke gosht ko khane ki ijazat hai, Muslamano ke Ijma ke mutabik.'

Isliye Khulasa e Tahreer yahi hai ke 'Aurat ke zariye Islami taur par zabah kiya jane wala gosht jaiz hai.'

Lockdown Me Namaz e Eid Me Jamaat ka Masla


Alhamdulillah..

Eid ki namaz ghar me akele bhi padhi ja sakti hai aur Jamaat se bhi. Is article me Jamaat ke sath eid ki namaz padhne ke ahkaam hai.

1. Agar Eid ki Namaz sirf do Aadmi ghar me ada kar rahe hai toh Jamat me dono ek sath khade rahenge ek hi saff (line) me. Imam baaye taraf (left side) khada hoga.

2. Agar Aurte bhi hai saath yaani agar teen (3) log hai toh ek Aadmi aage Imamat karega aur piche dusra aadmi fir uske piche aurte.

3. Agar puri family hai ghar me (biwi-bachhe mila kar) toh fir ek Aadmi Imamat karega uske piche baaki mard hazraat chahe ek hi kyu na ho aur fir unke piche aurte.

4. Agar sirf miya aur biwi ho Eid ki namaz ke liye toh mard aage aur aurat piche ho kar Namaz ada ki jayegi.

5. Agar sirf ek Aadmi ho toh wo waise hi ada karega zayid takbeero ke sath.

Aksar ahle ilm ka kahna hai ki agar ghar me eid ki namaz ada ki jaa rahi hai toh isme khutba nahi hoga.

۞ Notes

1. Eid ki namaz ki tayari bilkul waisi hi hogi jaisi aam haalaat me hoti hai. Ghusl ke baad hame achhe saaf suthre kapde pahenne hai. Hame ek ya teen khajure kha kar musalle par namaz ada karne ke liye aana hai.

Nabi ﷺ taak adad ke Khajur kha kar Eid ki Namaz ada karne jaate the. [Sahih al bukhari, 953]

2. Jise ghar me sabse zyada Quran aata ho wo Imamat karega. (mazeed detail ke liye ye article check kare).

3. Suraj tulu hone ke ek neza (spear) upar ho jaane se lekar Zawaal tak [yaani zohar se pahle jab aasmaan me suraj barabar ho] ka Namaz ka waqt hota hai usi bich Aap Eid ki Namaz ghar me ada karenge.

Aasan alfaz me kaha jaaye toh Suraj tulu hone ke 20 minute ke baad se lekar zohar se thodi der pahle tak.

Aur Allah sab se behtar janta hai.

Eid ul Fitr Me Takbeer Kab Shuru Ki Jaati Hai?


Eid ke din takbeerat kahna eid ki badi sunnat hai. Jaise ke Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

'Allah tumhare saath narmi karna chahta hai, sakhti karna nahin chahta, isliye yeh tareeqa tumhe bataya jaa raha hai taa ke tum rozo ki taadaad puri kar sako aur jis hidayat se Allah ne tumhe sarfaraz kiya hai us par Allah ki kibriayi ka izhar o aetraf karo aur shukarguzar bano.

Surah baqarah ﴾2﴿, ayat-185.

۩ Ibn Masud r.a. ye Takbeerat kahte:

'Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allahu akbar laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu akbar, Allaah akbar, wa Lillaah il-hamd.'

(Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah ke siwa koi mabud nahi, Allah sab se bada hai, Allah sab se bada hai aur sab taareef Allah ke liye hai).

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaybah, 2/165-168. Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 3/125.

Ek dusri taqbeer bhi hai jis me shuru me teen ke bajaye do baar Allahu akbar kahna hai aur baaki alfaz wahi hai. Is ki bhi ijazat hai.

Eid ul fitr me takbiraat kahne ka waqt chand raat se shuru hokar namaz e eid ke liye imam ke aane tak rahta hai.

۩ Imam Shafi 'kitab al Umm' me kahte hai,

'Jab wo Shawwaal ke chand ko dekh le, toh mujhe pasand hai ki log groh me aur akele, masjido, bazaro, galiyo aur gharo me, chahe wo musafir ho ya gair-musafir sabhi halaat me aur wo jaha bhi ho takbeer kahe. Aur takbeer buland aawaz me kahi jaaye yaha tak ke wo agli subah namaz ke jagah par aaye aur uske baad bhi takbeer kahna jaari rakhe yaha tak ki Imam namaz padhane ke liye bahar nikle, fir takbeer kahna band kar dein.'

Zul Hijjah ki Takbeerat ka Waqt Aur Alfaaz

۞ Takbeerat ke Alfaaz

Ulema e karaam ke in Takbeerat ke alfaz ke mutallik ikhtilaf hai,

1. Pahli raaye ke mutabik Takbeer ke alfaz:

Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa lillaahi’l-hamd.

2. Dusri raaye ke mutabik Takbeer ke alfaz:

Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa lillaahi’l-hamd.

3. Teesri raaye ke mutabik Takbeer ke alfaz:

Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allah, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, wa lillaahi’l-hamd.

(In teen maise) koi bhi alfaaz takbeerat ke liye ap kah sakte hai kyunke Nabi ﷺ se takbeerat ki koi khaas alfaz riwayat nahi hai.

۞ Takbeerat ka Waqt

Takbeerat ki Do kisme hai:

1. Kisi bhi waqt ki Takbeer: Yaani jin ke liye koi khaas waqt muqarrar nahi hai, balke har waqt, subah wa shaam, namazo se pahle aur baad me, kisi bhi lamhe kahi ja sakti hai.

2. Khaas waqt ki Takbeer: Yaani woh Takbeerat jo sirf namazo ke baad kahi jati hai.

Chunanche kisi bhi waqt ki takbeer Zul hijja ke pahle 10 din, aur ayyaam e tashreek ke dauraan kisi bhi waqt kahi ja sakti hai, jiska waqt Zul hijjah ki shuruat hi se shuru ho jayega (yaani, Zul Qadah ke aakhri din suraj gurub hone ke baad waqt shuru ho jayega) aur ayyaam e tashreek ke aakhir tak jaari rahega (yaan, 13 Zul hijjah ke din suraj guroob hone tak).

Jab ke khaas waqt ki takbeerat  ka waqt Arfah ke din fajr se shuru hokar aakhri yaum e tashreek ke aakhri din suraj gurub hone tak rahta hai.

Is dauraan kisi bhi waqt ki takbeer bhi kahi jayengi. Chunanche jis waqt Imam farz namaz se salaam fer kar teen baar 'AstaghfiruAllah' kahne ke baad, 'Allahumma anta al-salaam wa minka al-salaam, tabaarakta yaa za’l-jalaali wa’l-ikraam' kah le toh takbeerat  kahega.

Yeh Hajj na karne waale ke liye hai, rahi baat Hajj karne waalo ki toh wo Yaum un nahar [10 Zul hijjah] ki zohar se shuru karenge.

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Eid ke Din Ek Baar Gale Mile Ya Teen Baar


Alhamdulillah..

Hamare muashre do tarha ke log hai. Ek toh wo jo eid ke din ek baar gale milte hai aur dusre wo jo teen baar gale milte hai. Aaiye dekhte hai kiska amal sahih hai.

Eid ke din ek dusre ko eid mubarak kahna, gale milna, hath milana, siwai banana, eidi lena-dena, wagaira. Ye saare kaam na toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne kiye aur na hi kisi sahaba e karaam ne. Ye saari chize ham apne muashre ke mutabik rasam ke taur par karte hai, in cheezo ka deen se koi lena dena nahi hai. Aur ye saari chize is liye rasam me shumaar hoti hai kyuki koi ye amal sawab ki ummeed se nahi karta, ye rasam ke taur par ki jaati hai. Koi bhi shaks eid ke din sawab ki niyat se siwai nahi banata, wo rasm ke taur par banate hai.

Isi tarha eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna, ye bhi ek rasm hi h. Aur rasm ka bunyadi usool ye hai ki Deen me kisi bhi rasm ki ijazat hai jab tak ke us rasm ki koi bhi chiz deen se takraaye na. Toh is lehaaj se jis ilake me ek baar gale milne ka rasm hai waha ek baar gale milna chahiye aur jis ilake me teen baar gale milne ka rasm hai waha par teen baar gale milna chahiye taaki koi nafrat aur galat rawayya na paida ho ek dusre Musalman ke bich.

Kuch ilaqe aese bhi hai jaha par dono tarha ke rasm ka jawaz hai, yaani ek baar bhi aur teen baar bhi. Toh iska hal ye hai ki jo log ek baar milne ke qayel hai ap unse ek baar mile aur jo log teen baar milne ke qayel hai ap unse teen baar mile taaki ek dusre ke bich koi nafrat ya galat khyal na paida ho. Eid ka din waise bhi khushi aur muhabbat ka din hota hai. Aur ye deen ka koi masala nahi hai jisse koi pakad hogi hamari.

Aur agar apke paas is raaye se behtar koi raaye hai toh us par amal kare. Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Eid ke Aadaab


1۞ Zakat al Fitr

۩ Ibn Umar kahte hai, “Rasoollullah ﷺ ne Sadqa e Fitr ek Sa' khajur ya ek Sa' Jau (barley) farz karaar diya hai jo gulam, aazad, mard, aurat, chote aur bade tamam musalmano par farz hai aur Aap ﷺ ne ye hukm diya hai ki Namaz (Eid) ke liye jane se pahle ye Sadaqa ada kar diya jaye.

Sahih al Bukhari, kitab al zakat ﴾24﴿, hadees- 1503.

۩ Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne sadqa e fitr siyam ko lagu kiya hai aur behuda baato se pak karne ke liye aur miskeeno ke khane ke liye farz kiya hai, lehaza jo use (eid ki) namaz se pahle ada karega toh yeh maqbool sadqa hoga aur jo use namaz ke baad ada karega toh woh aam sadaqat me se ek sadaqa hoga.

Sunan abu dawood, kitab al zakat ﴾9﴿, hadees- 1609. (Hasan)

Malum hua ke eid ki namaz se pahle hi ada karna behtar hai.

Mazeed wazahat ke liye ye do article chq kare:

۩ Zakat al Fitr
۩ Zakat al Fitr ke mutallik kuch sawalaat

2۞ Ghusl Karna

۩ Ali r.a. farmate hai, ‘Juma, Arfa, Qurbani aur Eid ul Fitr ke din ghusl karna chahiye.’ 

Sunan kubra baihaqi, jild-3, safa-278. Iski sanad saheeh hai.

۩ Abdullah bin Umar Eid ke din Eidgaah ki taraf nikalne se pahle ghusl kiya karte the.

Muwatta Imam Maalik, kitab al Eidain, jild-1, safa-177, hadees- 428. Iski sanad saheeh hai.

Imam Nawawi farmate hai, “Musalmano ka is par Ijma tha ki Eid ki namaz ke liye ghusl karna mustahab hai.”

3۞ Eid ke Namaz ke liye kuch kha kar nikalna

۩ Abdullah bin Buraidah r.a. apne walid se riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ Eid ul Fitr ke din jab tak kha na lete (ghar se) nikalte nahi the aur Eid ul azha ke din jab tak namaz padh na lete khate na the.

Jamia Tirmizi, kitab al eidain ﴾5﴿, hadees- 542. Ise darussalaam ne hasan karaar diya hai.

۩ Anas bin Malik kahte hai, “Allah ke Rasool ﷺ Eid ul fitr ke din na nikalte jab tak ke Aap chand khajure na kha lete.” 

Anas r.a. kahte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ taak adad ke (in odd numbers) khajure khate the.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 953.

Ibn Hajar kahte hai, “Isme roze zyada karne ka raasta band karna aur Allah ke hukm ki itteba me jaldi aur pahel karna makasad hai.”

Fath ul baari, 2/446.

Aur jise khajur mayassar na ho wo kisi aur chiz ko kha kar ghar se nikle.

Lekin Eid al Azha me mustahab yeh hai ke eid ki namaz se pahle kuch na khaya jaye, balki namaz e Eid ke baad qurbani kar ke qurbani ka gosht ya us janwar ka koi bhi khane wala hissa khaya jaye, aur agar qurbani na ki ho toh namaz se pahle khane me koi harj nahi hai.

4۞ Takbeerat

Eid ke din takbeerat kahna eid ki badi sunnat hai. Jaise ke Allah ﷻ farmate hai,

Eid ul fitr me takbiraat kahne ka waqt chand raat se shuru hokar namaz e eid ke liye imam ke aane tak rahta hai.

Lekin Eid ul azha me pahle zul hijja se shuru ho kar aakhri ayyam e tashreek ka suraj gurub hone tak rahta hai.

5۞ Ek dusre ko Duae aur Eid ki Mubarakbaad dena

Seerat e sahaba r.a. se pata chalta hai ki wo Eid ke din ek dusre ko ek khaas alfaz ke sath duae diya karte the.

Jubayr ibn Nufayr kahte hai, “Eid ke din jab ashaab e Rasool ek dusre se mulaqat karte toh wo ek dusre se ye kahte the:

“Taqabballaho Minna wa Minkum”

'Allah hamare aur apke taraf se (acche amal) Qubul kare!'

Fath ul bari, 2/446. Ibn Hajar kahte hai ki iski isnad Hasan hai.

Hamare muashre me eid ke din mukhtalif alfaz me eid ki mubarakbaad bhi di jati hai, jaise apko eid mubarak ho, eid ki khushiya mubarak ho, wagaira. Isme koi harj nahi hai kyuki ye ek rasm hai aur usool e deen me ye hai ki kisi bhi rasm ko apnaya ja sakta hai jab tak wo kitab o sunnat ke khilaf na ho.


6۞ Eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna

Eid ke din ek dusre se gale milna bhi rasm me shumar hota hai aur isme koi harj nahi hai.


7۞ Eidi lena aur dena

Hamari muashre me eid ke din kuch paise ya kuch tohfe ek dusre ko diye/liye jate hai. Ahle ilm kahte hai ki isme koi harj nahi hai kyuki ye ek rasm hai.


8۞ Eid ke liye khubsurat aur achha libas pahenna

۩ Abdullah bin Umar r.a. riwayat karte hai, Umar r.a. ek mote reshmi kapde ka Jubba le kar Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue jo bazaar me bik raha tha, wo kahne lage, Aye Allah ke rasool Aap ise khareed lijiye aur eid aur wafud ki pazeerayi ke liye use pahen kar zeenat farmaya kijiye.

Is par Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke yeh toh woh pehnega jis ka (akhirat me) koi hissa nahi. Is ke baad jab tak Allah ne chaha umar rahi fir ek din Rasoolullah ﷺ ne khud un ke paas ek reshmi Jubba tohfa me bheja. Umar r.a. ise liye hue Aap ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir hue aur kaha ke Ya rasoolullah! Aap ne toh yeh farmaya ke is ko woh pahnega jis ka akhirat me koi hissa nahi fir Aap ne ye mere paas kyu bheja hai?
Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya ke Mai ne ise tumhare pahenne ko nahi bheja balke is liye ke tum ise bech kar is ki keemat apne kaam me le lao.

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 948.

۩ Jabir r.a. kahte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ke paas ek Jubba tha jise Aap dono Eido aur Juma ke din pahente the.

Saheeh Ibn Khuzaymah, hadees- 1756.

۩ Nafi riwayat karte hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar do eido ke din apna sabse behtar libas pahna karte the.

Sunan al-Kubra Baihaqi, hadees- 5667. Ibn Hajar ne ise saheeh karaar diya hai.

9۞ Raasta Badal kar Eidgaah Se Wapis Aaye

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah riwayat karte hai, “Rasoolullah ﷺ Eid ke din ek raaste se jaate fir dusra raasta badal kar aate the.”

Sahih al bukhari, kitab al eidain ﴾13﴿, hadees- 986.

10) Aurto ke Liye Hukm

Umme Atiya r.a. kahti hain,

Hame eid ke din eidgaah me jane ka hukum diya jata tha. Quwari ladkiya aur haiza aurte bhi parde me bahar aati thi. Yeh sab mardo ke peeche parde me rahti thi.
Jab mard takbir kahte to yeh bhi kahti aur jab woh dua karte toh yeh bhi karti aur is din ki barkat aur gunaho se pakizgi haasil karne ki ummeed rakhti thi.

Yazeed Ke Bareme Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal Ki Raaye

Mohanna ibn Yahya (Imam Ahmad ke shagird) ne bayaan kiya, wo kahte hai Mai ne Imam Ahmad ibn Hambal se Yazeed ibn Muawiya ke bare me daryaft kiya toh wo farmane lage: “Madeene me saara isi ka toh kiya karaya tha”

Toh Maine arz kiya: Usne kya kaam kiya (tha)?

Imam Ahmad ne farmaya: Usne (Madeenah) ko loota tha.

Mohanna (bin Yahya) kahte hai, maine fir Imam Ahmad se pucha: Kya ham Yazeed se hadees bayan kar sakte hai?

Imam Ahmad ne  farmaya: Usse koi hadees bayan nahi kar sakte aur kisi ke liye bhi ye jayz nahi hai ki usse koi ek hadees bhi bayan kare.

Mohanna (bin Yahya) kahte hai, mai ne arz kiya: Jab Madeene ka ye kissa hua toh us (Yazeed) ke saath kaun log the?

Toh Imam Ahmad ne jawab diya: Ahle Shaam us ke saath the.

Daleel: Al-radd ala Al-muta‘aṣib Al-anid Al-mani Min Zamm Yazeed [Ye (kitab) us muta‘aṣib sarkash ka radd hai jo Yazeed ko bura nahi kahta] by Ibn Jawzi, Safa no.40, Urdu Safa no.94, Sanad Hasan Li Zati (Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai).

Eidi Dene Ka Kya Hukm Hai?

Sawal: Hamare muashre me Eid ke mauke par kuch paise diye jate hai jise ham Eidi kahte hai. Kya isme koi harj hai? Ya Kya ye biddat hai? Is rasm ke mutallik kya hukm hai?

Bunyadi usool ye hai ki har Rasm-riwaj par amal karne ki ijazat hai jab tak ke ye shariat se taqraat na ho.

۩ Shaykh al-Sa’di [d.1376 a.h.] farmate hai:

“Rasm-riwaj ka bunyadi usool ye hai ki iski ijazat hai, jab tak ke kisi shariyat [ke ahkaam] me isko mana na kiya ho [yaani shariat ke kisi ahkaam se takraaye na].”

Risaalah fi Usool al-Fiqh (7).

۩ Standing Committee ka is talluq se ye kahna hai:

“Isme koi harj nahi hai; balki ye ek achha rasm hai jo ki ek Musalman ko khush karta hai chahe wo umr-daraaz ho ya naujawan, aur ye kuch aesa hai jise Islam ne pasand kiya hai.

Aur Allah se sabhi taaqat hai. RasoolAllah Muhammad ﷺ par, unke aal par aur unke sahaba par Allah rahmat aur barkat nazil kare.” End quote.

Fataawa al-Lajnah ad-Daa’imah li’l-Buhooth al-‘Ilmiyyah wa’l-Ifta’ 26/247.

۩ Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai,

“Eid ke din log tohfa bhi dete-lete hai yaani wo khana banate hai aur ek dusre ki dawat lete hai unke yaha aakar khane ki aur wo milte-julte hai aur khushiya manate hai. Is rasm me koi harj nahi hai kyuki ye Eid ka din hai. Jab Abu Bakr r.a. RasoolAllah ﷺ ke ghar me tashreef laaye toh unhone waha par do (2) ladkiyo ko maujud paya jo eid ke din par gaa rahi thi (singing). Unhone (Abu Bakr ne) unhe roka lekin RasoolAllah ne kaha, “Unhe rahne do”. Aur unhone ye nahi kaha kyuki wo choti bachhiya thi. Balki unhone kaha, “Unhe rahne do kyuki ye Eid ke din hai.

Isse ye ishara hai ki Islam apne rawadaari (tolerent) aur aasan rawayya ke sath logo ko ye ijazat deta hai ki wo apne khushi ka izhaar kar sake Eid ke din.

Shahadat e Hussain Par Rasoolullah Ko Gam Aur Aap Ke Aansu


۩ Abu Abdullah (Tabaeen) ke bete Abdullah bin Nujayy apne walid se bayan karte hai ki wo Ali bin Abu Talib ke liye (safar me) saamaan e taharat ka bandobast karte the ki wo Ali r.a. ke sath ek safar me the, Jab Ap Siffeen ko jaate hue (muqam) Neenawa ke barabar pahuche toh Ap ne buland aawaaz se kaha, “Aye Abu Abdullah! (ye Hussain r.a. ki qunyat thi) Faraat (ek jagah) ke kinare sabr karna, Aye Abu Abdullah! Faraar ke kinare sabr karna. Maine (Ali r.a.) se pucha, 'Kya (khaas) baat ho gai'?
Ali r.a. ne farmaya, “Ek din mai RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paas hazir hua, toh (dekhta hu ki) Aap ﷺ ki mubarak aankho se aasu bah rahe the, Maine (bechain) hokar pucha, 'Kya Aap ko kisi ne naaraz kiya hai? Aap ki mubarak aankho se aasu kyu bah rahe hai?'
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, “Nahi! balki abhi abhi Jibreel a.s. mere paas se uth kar gaye hai aur unhone mujhe (Allah ki taraf se) ye khabar di hai ki beshak Hussain a.s. ko Faraat ke kinaare katl kar diya jayega. Fir unhone pucha ki kya mai Ap ko us jagah ki mitti dikhau jaha Hussain r.a. girenge? Maine kaha Haa dikho, chunanche unhone mitti ki ek mutthi bhar kar mujhe di, toh is par mai apne aasu na rok saka.”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith- 648. Silsila al hadees as saheeha, hadith-822. Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne is riwayat ko Fazail e Sahaba aur Shaykh Albani ne is riwayat ko Silsila al hadees as saheeha me sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. bayaan karte hai ki Ek din maine dopaher ke waqt RasoolAllah ﷺ ko (khwab me) dekha, (is haal me) ki Aap ﷺ ke baal mubarak bikhre hue, aur Aap ﷺ par gard lagi hui hai aur Aap ﷺ ke paas ek shishi hai, jisme khoon hai. Maine arz kiya: “Aye Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ! Ye kya maajra hai?”
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya: “Ye Hussain r.a. aur unke sathiyo ka khoon hai jise mai aj subah se ikhatta kar raha hu.”
Ammaar (Tabayeen) ka bayan hai: “Hamne wo khwab wala din yaad rakha, aur fir (baad me) hamne tasdeek karli ki usi (61 Hijri me 10 Muharram ul Haraam ke) din wo (Hussain r.a. maidaan e karbala) me katl kiye gaye the.”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, hadith-2165. Is hadees ko Shaykh Shuaib Arnaoot ne aur Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne Fazail e sahaba me sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Ammar riwayat karte hai ki Umm Salamah ne unse kaha: “Maine Jinno ko suna ki wo Syedna Hussain r.a. ke liye ro rahe hai.”

Imam Tabrani ki Al Mojam Al Kabir, hadith- 2867, Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai ne is hadith ko Fazail e Sahaba me sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Ibraheem Nakhi (Tabayeen) kahte hai, “Agar (bil-farz) mai unlogo me hota jinhone Hussain r.a. ko katl kiya tha, fir (qayamat) ke din meri magfirat bhi kar di jati, aur mai jannat me dakhil bhi ho jata, toh us waqt (jannat me) bhi RasoolAllah ﷺ ke paas guzarne se sharm karta ke kahee Ap ﷺ meri taraf dekh na le (aur mujh se puch na lein ke tum dunya me Hussain ke katilo ke haami the!)”.

Imam Tabrani ki Al Mojam Al Kabir , volume-3, page-112, hadith-2829. Is hadith ko Shaykh Zubair ali zai ne Fazail e sahaba me Hasan karar diya hai.

Qurbani ki Dua


Alhamdulillah..

Jo shaks Qurbani ke jaanwar ko zabah karna chahta hai uske liye sunnat hai ki wo zabah karte waqt ye dua padha:

“Bismillaah, wa Allaahu akbar, Allaahumma haaza minka wa laka, haaza ‘anni.”

Aur agar wo shaks dusre ki qurbani ke jaanwar ko zabah kar raha hai to wo ye kahega

“Bismillaah, wa Allaahu akbar, Allaahumma haaza an [fulaan], Allaahumma taqabbal min [fulaan] wa aale [fulaan].”

Note: Fulaan ki jagah us shaks ka naam kahna hai jiske naam se qurbani ho rahi hai.

Ahle ilm kahte hai ki isme zaruri sirf Bismillah kahna hai aur jo baaki dua hai wo farz nahi mustahab hai. [source]

Is dua ki Daleel niche di gai hadeeso se hai.

۩ Anas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Nabi ﷺ ne seeng wale do chitkabre mendhon (rams) ki Qurbani ki. Inhe apne haath se zabah kiya. Bismillah wa Allahu akbar (Allah ke naam se, Allah sabse bada hai) padha aur apna paon us ki gardan ke upar rakh kar zabah kiya.

Sahih al Bukhari, Book of Al-Adha Festival Sacrifice (Adaahi), hadith-5565. Baab: 'Zabah Karte Waqt Takbeer Ka Kahna'.


۩ Urwah bin Zubair ne Aisha r.a se riwayat ki ke Rasool ﷺ ne ek singon (Horns) wala mendha laane ka hukum diya jo siyahi mein chalta ho, siyahi mein baithta ho our siyahi mein dekhta ho (yahi paoun, pet our ankhen siyah hoon). Fir ek mendha qurbani ke liya laya gaya to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke aye Aisha! churi (knife) laao. Fir farmaya Ke is ko pathhar se tez kar lo. Mai ne tez kar di. Fir Aap ﷺ ne churi li, mendhe ko pakda, is ko letaya, fir zabah karte waqt farmaya, “Bismillah, Allahumma taqabbal min Muhammad wa aale Muhammad wa min Ummati Muhammad. ('Allah ke naam se, Aye Allah ! Muhammad ﷺ ki taraf se our Muhammad ﷺ ki aal ki taraf se our Muhammad ﷺ Ki ummat ki taraf se isko qabool karye,' fir Aap ﷺ ne iski qurbani ki.)

Sahih Muslim, hadith- 5291. Baab: 'Ye Mustahab hai ki achhe jaanwar ko qurbani ke liye chuna jaye aur khud se zabah kiya jaye, kisi aur ko (zabah) karne ki zimmedari na di jaye, aur (zabah karte waqt) Bismillah aur Taqbeer kaha jaye.'

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Mai Nabi ﷺ ke sath eid ul azha ke din Eidgaah gaya, Jab ap khutbah khatam kar chuke to mimbar se niche utre, aur ek mendha laya gaya to Rasool ﷺ ne is ko apne hathon se zabah kiya, aur (zabah karte waqt) ye farmaya: 'Bismillaah, wa Allaahu akbar, Haaza anni wa amman lam yuzhahi min ummati' (Allah ke naam se, Allah sabse bada hai, Ye meri taraaf se aur meri Ummat maise us shaks ki taraf se hai jisne Qurbani nahi ki hai.)

Sunan Tirmizi, The Book on Sacrifices, hadith- 1521. Baab - 'Zabah karte waqt kya kaha jaye'. Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai ne ise hasan karar diya hai.

Imam Tirmizi is hadith ko bayan karne ke baad kahte hai. 


“Ahle Ilm Sahaba aur deegar logo ka is par amal hai ke jaanwar zabah karte waqt aadmi kahe, 'Bismillahi wa Allahu Akbar'. Ibn e Mubarak ka bhi yahi qawl hai (ye) kaha jata hai”.

Kya Qurbani Raat Ko Ki Ja Sakti Hai ?

Alhamdulillah..

Hame is mauzu par Quran, Sahih Hadees ya Salaf ki raaye nahi mili hai. Toh ab is sawal ka jawab alim e deen se puchte hai.

Shaykh ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai,

“Aur un ayyaam mein din ya raat ke kisi bhi waqt Qurbani karni jayez hai, lekin din ke waqt Qurbani karna zyada behtar aur afzal hai. Aur un ayyaam me bhi Eid waale roz dono khutbah ke baad qurbani karna zyada afzal hai, aur har pahla din dusre din se afzal hai kyuki aesa karne me neki aur bhalaai aur khair me jaldi karna hai.”

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.

Hajj Arafah Hai - Tafseer ibn Kaseer

Allah s.w.t. farmate hai,

“Tum Par Apne Rab Ka Fazl Talaash Karne Me Koi Gunaah Nahi, Jab Tum Arafah Se Lauto Mash’ar Haraam Ke Paas Zikr Ilaahi Karo Aur Us Ka Zikr Karo Jaise Ke Us Ne Tumhe Hidayat Di, Halaan Ke Tum Is Se Pahle Raah Bhule Hue The”.

Surah Baqara, Ayat-198.

۞ Imam ibn Kaseer kahte hai,

“Arafah ek jagah hai jahan par Hajj ke dauran khada hua jata hai aur ye Hajj ke rasam ki ek bunyadi rukn hai. Iske himayat me ek sahih hadees hai jo Imam Ahmad aur deegar sunan ke jama karne wale raawiyo ne Thawri, Bukayr ibn Ataa aur Abd al-Rahman ibn Yamar al-Dayli se riwayat hai jinhone kaha ki unhone Allah ke Rasool ﷺ se ye baat suni ki “Hajj Arafah hai”. Aap ﷺ ne teen dafa isko farmaya. 

Toh jo suraj nikalne se pahle Arafah pahunch gaya to isne goya Hajj ko paa liya. Aur mina ke teen (3) din hain, lekin jisne jaldi kar ke do (2) din me chhod diya, uspar koi gunah nahi, aur jisne intezar kiya, uspar bhi koi gunah nahi.

Aur Arafah me thaherne ka waqt Arafah ke din dopahar ke baad se lekar dusre din tulu e Fajr tak hai, jo qurbani ka din hain.
Ye isliye kyuki Nabi ﷺ  hajjatul wida ke dauraan, zuhr ki namaz ada karne ke baad sooraj ghuroob hone tak Arafah par khade rahe the aur farmaya ki 'Mujhse ye tareeqe/rasm/rukn seekhlo'.”

Zul Hijjah Ke Das Dino Ki Fazilat

Allah paak ka irshad hai:

"Qasm hai Fajr ki , aur Das Raato ki".

Surah al Fajr (89), Ayat- 1-2.

Allah paak inki qasam khate hain, Aur Allah paak ka kisi cheez ke baare me qasam khana, uski ahmiyat aur uske azeem fayde ki nishandehi karta hai. 

۩ Imam ibn Kaseer is ayat ki tafseer me kahte hai,

“Ibn `Abbas, Ibn Zubayr, Mujahid aur salaf maise dusre log aur baad ke deegar logo ke mutabiq ye Zul-Hijjah ke pahle das roz ke baare me irshad hua hai.”

Tafseer ibn Kaseer, Surah al Fajr (89), Ayat- 1-2.

۩ Abdullah ibn Abbas r.a. bayan karte hain ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: “In Ayam (yani Zill Hijja) ke alawa koi aur Ayyam aise nahi jin mein kiye gaye amal-e-saliha Allah Tala ko zyada mahboob ho. Sahaba ne arz kiya, Kya Allah ke liye Jihad karna bhi nahi?
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Naa hi Allah ke liye kiya gaya Jihad, haan siwaye wo shaks jo apna maal aur jaan lekar Jang par nikle aur isme se kuch wapis na laye.”

Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Eidain, Hadees no. 969.

۩ Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, “Allah subhanahu wa tala ke nazdeek koi amal itna mahboob aur ba-azmat nahi jitna wo amal hai jo in das dino ( yani Zul Hijja ke pahle 10 din) mein kiya jaye , isliye tum in das dino mein zyada se zyada Tahleel (La ilaha illAllah) Takbeer ( Allahu AKbar) , aur tamheed (Alhamdulilah) padha karo.”

Musnad Imam Ahmad, 7/224. Ahmad Shaakir ne ise sahih karar diya hai.

۩ Ibn e Abbaas r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya: “Allah ke nigaah me koi bhi amal itna zyada mahboob nahi na hi sawab me itna zyada hai jo achha amal Qurbani (Zul Hijja) ke das dino me kiya jaye. Aap ﷺ se pucha gaya, Kya Allah ke liye Jihad karna bhi nahi?
Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya: Naa hi Allah ke liye kiya gaya Jihad, haan siwaye wo shaks jo apna maal aur jaan lekar Jang par nikle aur isme se kuch wapis na laye.”

Aashura Ya Arafa Ke Din Ke Roze Ko Qaza e Ramzan Ke Rozo Ke Sath Jama Karna

Ahle ilm ke yaha ye masala ibadaat me shirkat ya tadakhul (pairing or combining acts of worship) ke naam se pahchana jaata hai, aur iski bahut saari surate hai jin me ye surat bhi shamil hai ke waajib aur mustahab ko ek hi niyat me jama kiya jaye, chunanche jis ne mustahab roze ki niyat ki to wo roza  farz roze ke liye kafi nahi hoga, lihaza jis ne aashura ki niyat se roza rakha to ye Qaza-e-Ramzan ke roze ke liye kafi nahi hoga.

Aur jis ne ramdaan ke qaza ke roze ki niyat se roza rakha aur ye aashura wale din rakhha toh ye Qaza-e-Ramzan ka roza to sahih hoga, lekin ise aashura ka roza nahi kaha jayega, baaz ahle ilm ke yahan ye umeed rakhi ja sakti hai ke isse aashura ke roze ka bhi sawaab hasil hoga. 

۩ Ar Ramli r.h. kahte hai:

“Aur agar wo Shawwaal me Qaza-e-Ramzan ya fir nazar wagaira ke roze rakhe, ya isi tarah Yaum-e-Aashura me to use iske nawafili roze ka bhi sawaab hasil hoga, jaise ke mere waalid r.h. ne Baarizi, al-Asfooni, an-Naashiri, faqeeh ‘Ali ibn Saalih al-Hadrami wagaira ki raaye par amal karte hue fatawa diya hai.

Lekin isse usko muqammal sawaab hasil nahi hoga jo akela aashura ka roza rakhne ka sawaab hai, khaas kar jiska Ramzan ka roza chhut gaya hai aur usne uske badle shawwaal me roza rakha hai”. End quote.

Dekhein: Nihaayat al-Muhtaaj (3/208).

Aur Mughni al-Muhtaaj (2/184) aur Hawaashi Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj (3/457) me bhi isi tarah ki raaye darj hai.

۩ Aur Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen r.h. kahte hai:

“Jis ne Yaum-e-Arafa ya Yaum-e-aashura ka roza rakha aur uske upar Ramzan ki qaza roze bhi baaki ho to uska roza sahih hai, lekin agar wo is din Qaza-e-Ramdaan ke roze ki niyat karta hai to ise dono ajar Youm-e-Arafa aur Youm-e-Ashura ke sath Qaza-e-Ramdaan ke roze ka bhi ajar milega.

Ye to sirf nawafili roze ke mutallik hai jo Ramdaan-ul-Mubarak ke sath koi talluq nahi hai, lekin Shawwal ke chhe 6 roze to Ramdaan-ul-Mubarak ke sath jude hai aur ye Ramdaan-ul-Mubarak ke roze mukammal hone ke baad hi honge.

Is liye agar koi shaks ramdaan ke rozon ki qaza se pahle hi Shawwal ke roze rakhta hai to ise Shawwal ke che 6 rozon ka ajar hasil nahi hoga, kyunki Rasool ﷺ ka farmaan hai: "Jis ne Ramzan ke roze rakhe aur fir uske baad Shawwal ke che 6 roze rakhe to goya ke is ne saare saal ke hi roze rakhe".

Ye maloom hai ke jis ke zimme Ramzan ke rozon ki qaza ho ise to ramzan ke saare roze rakhne wala shumaar hi nahi kiya jayega, hatta ke wo ramdaan ke roze mukammal karle.” End quote.

Dekhein: Fataawa as-Siyaam (438)

Isliye insaan ko apne zimme rozon ki qaza ki adayegi karne me jaldi karni chahiye, kyunki ye nawafli rozon se zyada zaruri hain, lekin agar iske liye waqt tang ho aur wo qaza ke saare roze na rakh sake aur use khadsha ho ke agar wo qaza ke saare roze rakhega to ek fazilat wale din ke roze ka ajar o sawaab hasil nahi kar sakega maslan Youm-e-aashura ya Youm-e-Arafa toh is din qaza ki niyyat se roza rakhle, ummeed hai ke wo Youm-e-Ashura aur Youm-E-Arafa ka ajar o sawaab bhi hasil kar sakega, kyunki Allah Subhan o taala ka fazal o karam to bahut wasee' hai.

Qurbani Ki Iste'tat Na Rakhne Walo Ke Liye Qurbani Ka Sawab

Abdullah bin Amr r.a. se riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne ek shakhs se farmaya : “Mujhe Qurbani ke din (daswi Zul hijja) ko Eid manane ka hukm hua hai, Allah taala ne is din ko is ummat ke liye Eid ka din banaya hai”, woh shaks bola: 'Agar mere paas siwaye ek-do dahari (karz par lena) bakri ke kuch na ho to Aap ka kya khayaal hai? Kya mai is ki Qurbani karu? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Nahi”, balke tum (qurbani ke din) apne baal, naakhun kato, apni moonchh tarasho aur naaf ke neeche ke baal kaato, to yeh Allah taala ke nazdeek tumhari mukammal Qurbani hai.”

Sunan Nisai, The Book of ad-Dahaya (Sacrifices), hadith 4370. Classed as Sahih by Shaykh Zubair Ali Zai.

Yaani Jo log Qurbani ka Sawab hasil karna chahte hai lekin Qurbani karane ki unki iste'tat (capacity) nahi hain toh wo log bhi is sawab ko hasil kar sakte hai, Zul hijja ka Chand dekhne ke baad apne baal aur nakhun kaatne as ruk Jaye aur Eid ki Namaz padh Kar unko kaat le to unhe bhi mukammal Qurbani ka sawab milega.

Aqeeqah Aur Qurbani Ke Liye Ek Hi Jaanwar Zabah Karna

Sawal: Kya Ek hee Jaanwar Aqeeqah aur Qurbani Ki Niyat Se Zabah Karna Jayez Hai?

Alhamdulillah..

Agar Aqeeqah aur Qurbani jama ho jayen, aur insaan Eid ul Azha ke din Ayyaam e Tashreeq me, apne bete ka Aqeeqah karna chahe to kya Qurbani Aqeeqah ke liye bhi kifayat kar jayegi?

Isme Ulama e karaam ke Do (2) raaye paaye jaate hain:

Pahli Raaye:

Qurbani Aqeeqah se kifaayat nahi karti, Maliki aur Shafai ka yahi maslak hai, aur Imam Ahmad se is raaye ke baare me ek riwayat hai.

Unki daleel ye hai ke Ye dono ya'ni Qurbani aur Aqeeqah alehda-alehda la-zaatih (own sake) maqsood hain, isliye ek-dusre se kifaayat nahi karegi, aur isliye bhi ke har ek ka apna alehda sabab hai chunanche ek-dusre ke qayam maqam nahi ban sakti, jis tarhan ke Hajj e Tamattu ki Qurbani aur fidya ka janwar hai.

۩ Allama Haytami r.h. kahte hain:

"Hamare Ashaab ke Kalaam (words) ka zaahir ye hai ke agar koi ek bakra bhi zabah karte waqt Qurbani aur Aqeeqah ki niyat kare to un maise ek ka maqsad bhi haasil nahi hoga, aur ye zaahir hai, kyunki har ek sunnat ki apni alag wajah hai". End quote.

“Agar us ne Qurbani ka jaanwar Qurbani aur Aqeeqah dono ke liye Zabah kiya, ya use walima me pakaa kar khila diya toh Al-Zakheerah me kaha gaya hai ki Al Qabs ke musannif kahte hain: “Hamare Ustaad Abu Bakr Fihri ka kahna hai, 'Jab us ne Qurbani ka Jaanwar Qurbani aur Aqeeqah dono ke liye Zabah kiya to yeh kifaayat nahi karegi, aur agar use walima mein paka kar khila de to kifaayat kar jaayegi, kyuki pahle dono mein to khoon bahana maqsood hai, aur ek Jaanwar ka do maqsad ke liye khoon bahana kifaayat nahi karegi, aur walima ka maqsad khana khilana hai, aur ye khoon bahane ke mukhalif nahi, to isliye use jama karna mumkin hai.”

Dusri Raaye:

Qurbani Aqeeqah se bhi kifaayat kar jayegi, Imam Ahmad se is raaye ke baare me ek riwayat hai aur Ahnaaf (Hanafi) ka maslak hai, aur Hasan Basri r.h. aur Muhammad ibn Sireen aur Qatada r.h. ka bhi yahi qawl hai.

Is qawl ke manne walo ki daleel ye hai ke Un dono ka maqsad jaanwar Zabah kar ke Allah ka qurb haasil karna hai, to ye ek dusre mein daakhil ho jayega, jis tarha masjid mein daakhil ho kar farz namaz ada karne wale ke liye Tahiyatul masjid farz namaz mein daakhil ho jati hai.

۩ Imaam Ibn Abi Shaybah r.h. ne "Al-Musannaf" mein Hasan r.h. se riwayat kiya hai ke Agar wo log  bacche ki janib se Qurbani karen to ye us ke Aqeeqah ke liye kafi ho jayegi.

۩ Aur Hishaam aur Ibn Sireen r.h. kahte hain: “Iski janib se Qurbani karna iske Aqeeqah ke liye kifaayat kar jayega.”

۩ Aur Qatada r.h. kahte hain: “Is se kifaayat nahi karegi, balke is ka Aqeeqah kiya jaayega.”

۩ Aur Bahooti r.h. kahte hain:

“Aur agar Aqeeqah aur Qurbani ka waqt ikattha ho gaya, wo is tarha ke Eid ul azha ya Qurbani ayyaam bacche ki paidaish ke satwe roz ke mawafiq ho (yaani aqeeqah aur eid ki qurbani ek hi din pad gaya ho) toh Aqeeqah karna Qurbani se kifaayat kar jaayega, ya phir isne Qurbani ki to dusre (yaani Aqeeqah) se kifaayat kar jayegi, jis tarhan ke agar eid aur jumme ikattha ho jaye to dono ke liye wo ek hi ghusal karen to kifaayat kar jayega, aur isi tarhan Hajj e Tamattu ya Hajj e Qiraan karne wale ka yaum un nahar ke din Hadiy aur Qurbani se kifaayat kar jayegi.” End quote.

Dekhiye : Sharh Muntaha al-Iraadaat (1/617).

۩ Bahooti r.h. (mazeed) kahte hain:

“Aur agar Aqeeqah aur Qurbani jama ho jaye aur aadmi dono ki niyat se Zabah kare ya'ni Aqeeqah aur Qurbani ki niyat se toh, dono se kifaayat kar jayegi, aur ye Imam Ahmed ne bayan kiya hai.”  End quote.

Aur Shaykh Mohammad bin Ibrahim r.h ne bhi yahi qawl ikhtiyar karte hue kaha hai, wo kahte hai:

“Agar Qurbani aur Aqeeqah dono jama ho jayen to apni  janib se Qurbani ka azm rakhne ghar wale ki janib se ek hi kifaayat kar jayegi, to wo yeh Qurbani Zabah kare aur Aqeeqah is mein daakhil ho jaayega.
Aur baaz ke kalaam se yeh akhaz kiya ja sakta hai ke dono ka ek hi shakhs ki janib se hona zaroori hai, ya'ni Aqeeqah aur Qurbani chotey bacche ki janib se hi ho. Aur kuch dusron ki kalaam mein yeh shart nahi, jab waalid Qurbani karna chahe to waalid se Qurbani aur bacche ka Aqeeqah ho jaayega.
Haasil ye huwa ke jab wo Qurbani, Qurbani ki niyat se Zabah kare aur is se Aqeeqah ki niyat kar le to ye kafi ho jayegi.” End quote.

Kya Jaanwar Ke Har Hisse Ko Khane Ki Ijazat Hai ?


Alhamdulillah..

Hamara Deen, halal Jaanwar ke har hisse ko hame khane ki ijazat deta hai bagair kisi istisna ke (without any exception).

۩ Mudawwanah me likha hai, "Gosht ki izafi chize jaise charbi (fat), jigar (liver), mayda (stomach), dil (heart), fefda (lungs), tilli (spleen), gurde (kidneys), gardan (neck), khasia (testicles), pair (feet), sar (head), aur isi tarha ki chize bhi gosht hi ke hukm me aate hai." End quote.

Tahdheeb al-Mudawwanah by al-Baraadha‘i (1/93). Ye bhi dekhe: Mawaahib al-Jaleel (6/204).

Aur isi tarha jaanwar ki zuban ya uski khaal ko bhi khane ki ijazat hai.

Kuch Ulema ki raaye ye bhi hai ki kuch gandagi wale hisse jaise khasia (testicles) ko khana makrooh hai.

۩ Al-Mughni (3/296) me kaha gaya hai, "Jaanwar ka wo hissa (khasia) khana acha nahi samjha jata hai."

۩ Az-Zayla‘i kahte hai,

Bhed (sheep) ki gilaf (vagina), khasia (testicles), gudud (glands), masanah (bladder) aur patah (gallbladder) ko khana makrooh hai kyuki ye wo chize hai jo logo ko be-swaad (distasteful) lagti hai aur unhe ye napasandidah hai. End quote.

Tabyeen al-Haqaa’iq (6/226).

Lekin mere Ilm ke nazdeek un hisso ke khane ko makruh kahna ye kamzor raaye hai, uski wajah ye hai ki iski koi daleel nahi hai. Lekin Rasool ﷺ ka ek qawl hai jisse ye baat aur waazeh ho jati hai:

۩ RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Allah ne apne kitab me jis bhi chiz ki ijazat di hai unki ijazat hai; jis chiz ko usne haraam kiya hai wo haraam hai; aur jis chiz par wo khamosh hai uski muafi hai, toh Allah ki muafi ko qubul karo, kyuki Allah kabhi bhulta nahi hai." Fir Aap ﷺ ne is ayat ki tilawat farmayi, "aur tumhara Rab kabhi bhulta nahi" [Surah Maryam 19:64].

Sunan Bayhaqi, hadith- 20216. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in as-Saheehah (2256).

Mayyat Ki Taraf Se Qurbani Ka Hukm

Is ki Teen surate hai:
  1. Marne Wala Agar Wasiyat Kar Ke Mara Hai Ki Uske Naam Ki Qurbani Ki Jaye, Toh Fir Aesa Karna Chahiye. Isme Ulema Me Koi Ikhtilaf Nahi Hai.
  2. Agar Zinda Admi Apne Qurbani Me Murde Ko Shamil Karle To Isme Bhi Koi Harj Ki Baat Nahi Hai.
  3. Ek Alag Hissa Murde Ke Liye Qurbani Kiya Jaye (Matlab Ek Pure Baqre Ki Qurbani Kisi Murde Ke Liye Kiya Jaye). Isme Hamare Ulema Me Ikhtilaf Hai.
Ham yaha teesre nukhte par baat karna chahenge. Is nukhte par ulema ke 2 raaye hai. Chand ulema ka kahna hai ki murde ki taraf se alag qurbani karna jaiz hai. 

Unki Daleel ye hai,

۝  Ayesha r.z. bayaan karti hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne do kaale paaun, kaali aankhon wale mendhe Qurbani karne ka hukm diya, aur Nabi ﷺ ne inhe farmaya, “Aye Ayesha churi lana (mujhe churi pakdao) tou maine inhe churi di inhone wo churi li aur mendha pakad kar litaya phir ise zabah kiya (zabah karne ki tayyari karne lage) aur farmaya ‘بسم الله ، اللهم تقبل من محمد ، وآل محمد ، ومن أمة محمد ثم ضحى به’ Bismillahi Allahuakbar, Aye Allah Muhammad ﷺ  Aur Aale Muhammad Aur Ummat E Muhammad ﷺ Ki Janib Se Qubool Farma Aur Phir Ise Zubah Kar Diya”

Sahih Muslim : 1967.

Lekin is hadith ki tafseel hame ek dusri hadith se milti hai. 

۝  Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. Kahte Hain Ke Mein Eid Al-Adha Mein Rasool Allah ﷺ Ke Sath Eid Gaah Mein Maujood Tha, Jab Aap ﷺ Khutba De Chuke To Mimbar Se Utre Aur Aap Ke Paas Aik Mendha (ram) Laya Gaya. To Aap ﷺ Ne:

”بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ هَذَا عَنِّي وَعَمَّنْ لَمْ يُضَحِّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي“

"Allah Ke Naam Se, Allah Sab Se Bara Hai, Yeh Meri Taraf Se Aur Meri Ummat Ke Har Us Shakhs Ki Taraf Se Hai Jis Ne Qurbani Nahi Ki Hai"  Kah Kar Usay apne Haath Se Zabah Kiya.

Sunan Abi Dawud, Book of Sacrifice (Kitab Al-Dahaya), Hadith-2810. Classed as Sahih by Albani.

Toh isse ye pata chala ki Jin logo ne Qurbani nahi ki, unki taraf se RasoolALlah ﷺ ne Qurbani ki hai. 

Ek Dusri Daleel bhi hai,

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسْنَاءِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُضَحِّي بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَالآخَرُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ أَمَرَنِي بِهِ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - فَلاَ أَدَعُهُ أَبَدًا ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ يُضَحَّى عَنِ الْمَيِّتِ وَلَمْ يَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَنْ يُضَحَّى عَنْهُ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ أَنْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ وَلاَ يُضَحَّى عَنْهُ وَإِنْ ضَحَّى فَلاَ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا وَيَتَصَدَّقْ بِهَا كُلِّهَا ‏.‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ غَيْرُ شَرِيكٍ ‏.‏ قُلْتُ لَهُ أَبُو الْحَسْنَاءِ مَا اسْمُهُ فَلَمْ يَعْرِفْهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ مُسْلِمٌ اسْمُهُ الْحَسَنُ-

۝  Hanash riwayat karte hai ki Ali r.a. har saal 2 nar mendhe ki Qurbani diya karte the, Ek RasoolAllh ﷺ ke liye aur dusra khud ke liye. Jab (Ali r.a.) se is chiz ka zikr kiya gaya , unhone farmaya Unhone (Rasool ﷺ) ne mujhe hukm diya tha. Toh mai ise kabhi nahi chorta.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Book of Sacrifice (Kitab Al-Dahaya), Hadith-1495.

Lekin Is hadith ko khud Imam Tirmizi ne 'Gareeb' karar diya hai, jo ki zaif hadith ki ek kism hoti hai. Aur sath sath is hadith ka sukam bhi bayan kar diya hai. Is hadith ko aksar Muhaddiseeno ne zaif karar diya h. Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai ne bhi is hadith ko zaif karar diya hai. Uski wajah ye hai ki:

Is Hadith ki sanad me ek raawi, Shareek bin `Abdullah al-Qaadhi hai. Ye Mudallis raawi hai aur AN se riwayat kar rahe hai. Aur Muhaddiseeno ka ye usool hai ki Mudallis ki AN wali riwayat zaif hoti jab tak samaa ki tashree na ho. Yahi Usool Imam Muslim ne bhi Sahih Muslim ke Muqaddame me bayan kiya hai.


Dusri taraf Kuch Ulema ka kahna hai ki Murde ke liye khas Qurbani nahi ho sakti balki murde ke liye iska sadaqa hota hai:

 Imam Tirmizi Is hadith ke tahat Ye masala solve karte hai. Imam Tirmizi farmate hai,

وَقَدْ رَخَّصَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنْ يُضَحَّى عَنِ الْمَيِّتِ وَلَمْ يَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَنْ يُضَحَّى عَنْهُ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ أَنْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ وَلاَ يُضَحَّى عَنْهُ وَإِنْ ضَحَّى فَلاَ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا وَيَتَصَدَّقْ بِهَا كُلِّهَا-

۝  "Baaz Ahle Ilm Ne Mayyat Ki Taraf Se Qurbani Ki Rukhsat Di Hai Aur Baaz Log Ne Mayyat Ki Taraf Se Qurbani Ki Rukhsat Nahi Samjhi Hai. Abdullah Ibn Mubarak (Tabe-tabaeen) Kahte Hai, "Mujhe Ye Chiz Zyada Pasand Hai Ki Mayyat Ki Taraf Se  Sadaqa Kar Diya Jaye, Qurbani Na Ki Jaye, Aur Agar Kisi Ne Is Ki Taraf Se Qurbani  Kar Di To Us Maise Kuch Na Khaye Balki Tamam Ko Sadaqa Kar De."

Toh mere ilm ke mutabik Abdullah ibn Mubarak ki raaye par amal karna behtar hoga. Ye isliye bhi kyuki mayyat ki taraf se Qurbani karne ki koi khas Daleel nahi hai aur na hi RasooAllah ﷺ se sabit hai ki unhone apni fautshuda biwi Khadija r.a. ya fautshuda bete ya kisi aur fautshuda shaks ke liye khas ye amal kiya ho. Albatta jo 2 surate upar batayi gai hai wo jaiz hai lekin behtar hai ki is teesre tarike se bacha jaye. 

Aur Allah sabse behtar janta hai.
