Ashura ki Namaz


 Sawal 

Hamare muashre me kuch log 10 Muharram ko Ashura ki namaz padhte hai. Kya aesi koi namaz hamare deen me hai? Maherbani farma kar is mauzu par roshni daale.

 Jawab 

Alhamdulillah..

Maah e Muharram bahut hi azeem aur ba-barkat maheena hai. Ye maheena hijri saal ka pahla aur hurmat waale maheeno me se ek hai, jin ke baare me Allah taala ka farmaan hai:

'Haqeeqat yeh hai ke mahino ki tadaad jab se Allah ne aasmaan o zameen ko paida kiya hai, Allah ki kitab me baara (12) hi hai, aur in me se chaar hurmat waale (mahine) hai. Yahi thik zaabta hai lihaza in chaar (4) mahino me apne upar zulm na karo.'

Surah Tawba ﴾9﴿, ayat- 36.

Jaha tak ashure ki namaz ki baat hai toh hamare deen me aesi koi namaz nahi hai jo kitab ya sunnat me maujud ho. Ashure ki namaz aesi namaz hai jise na Rasoolullah ﷺ ne padhi, na hi kisi sahabi ne aur na hi hamare chaar imam ne. Lihaza ye deen me nayi baat shamil karna hai. Aur Deen me nayi baat shamil karna gumrahi hai jo jahannam me le jati hai.

۩ Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'Jisne hamare is deen me kuch aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai toh wo amal mardud hai.'

Sahih al bukhari, book of peacemaking ﴾53﴿, hadees- 2697.

۩ Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'.. Sabse behtareen tareeqa Muhammad ﷺ ke tareeqa hai. Sabse badtareen kaam (Deen me) nayi-nayi baato ka paida karna hai, aur har biddat gumrahi hai.'

Sunan ibn majah, kitab as sunnah (muqaddamah), hadees- 45. Ise darussalaam ne sahih karaar diya hai.

Lihaza hame deen me nayi baat shamil karne aur us par amal karne se rukna chahiye aur wapis sunnat ke raaste par chalna chahiye.

Kuch log kah sakte hai ki namaz hi toh padhte hai, koi galat kaam thodi hai ki ye gunah hoga. Toh iske jawab me guzarish hai ki Allah aur uske Rasool ki nafarmani bhi toh gunah hai, chahe wo zahiri taur par sawaab ka kaam lage.

Misaal ke taur par Magrib ki farz rakat 3 hai. Ab koi kahe ki mai 1 rakat zyada padhna chahta hu 4 rakat, aur fir kahe namaz hi toh zyada padhi gai hai koi gunah ka kaam thodi kiya gaya hai. Ji ye bilkul gunah hai kyuki Apne Allah ke Rasool ke khilaf kaam kiya hai, unhone 3 padhne ko kaha tha aur ap 4 padh rahe hai. Ap ko namaz padhne ke liye gunah nahi milega lekin Rasool ke hukm ke khilaf kaam karne ka gunah milega.

۩ Sa'id Ibn al Musayyib r.h. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha, sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Aye Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha: 'nahi, Lekin Wo Tumhe Sunnat Se Ikhtilaf Karne Ke Liye Saza Dega'.

Sunan al kubra, 2/466.

۩ Sahl bin Sa'd r.a. riwayat karte hai ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya,

'(Qayamat ke din) Mere kuch saathi hauz e kausar par mere saamne laaye jayenge aur mai unhe pahchan lunga lekin fir woh mere samne se hata diye jayenge. Mai is par kahunga ki yeh toh mere saathi hai. Lekin mujh se kaha jayega ke Aap ko maloom nahi ke unhone aap ke baad kya kya nayi cheeze ijaad kar li thi.
Is par mai kahunga ke dur ho woh shakhs jis ne mere baad deen me tabdeeli kar li thi.'

Lihaza hame chahiye ki ham sunnat se muhabbat kare aur biddat yaani gair-nabi ke tarike se parhej kare taaki ham qayamat ke din Rasoolullah ﷺ ki sifarish ke haq-daar ho sake.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sirat e mustaqeem ata kare. aameen.

Biddat Par Umar bin Abdul Azeez (d. 101h) Ki Naseehat

Sufyan Sauri r.h. kahte hai ke ek (1) shakhs ne khat likh kar Umar bin Abdul Azeez r.h. (died 101 hijri) se taqdeer ke bare me sawal kiya toh unhone (jawab mein) likha,

“Ammabaad! Mai tumhe Allah se darne aur us ke Deen ke silsila me darmiyana rawayya ikhtiyar karne, us ke Nabi ki sunnat ki pairwi karne ki aur biddatio ne jo biddat sunnat ke jaari aur zaruriat ke liye kaafi ho jaane ke baad ijaad ki hai unko chhod dene ki wasiyat karta hu, lehaza tum par sunnat ka daaman thaame rahna lazim hai, Allah ke hukum se yahi cheez tumahre liye gumrahi se bachne ka zarya hogi.

Fir yeh bhi jaan lo ke logo ne koi biddat aisi nahi nikali hai jis ke khilaaf pahle se koi daleel maujud na rahi ho ya is ke biddat hone ke silsile me koi naseehat aamez baat na ho, is liye ke sunnat ko jisne jaari kiya hai, (Allah taala ya Nabi ﷺ) woh jaante the ke is ki mukhalfat me kya wabaal hai, kya kya galtiya, lagjishe, himaakate aur intaha pasandiya hai. Lihaza tum apne ap ko usi cheez se khush rakho jis se qaum (aslaaf) ne apne ap ko khush rakha hai, is liye ke woh Deen ke bare me muqammal waqif the jo bhi unko bataya gaya tha, jis baat se unhone roka hai gahri baseerat se roka hai, unhe muamlat ke samajhne par ham se zyada quwat thi, aur tamaam khubiyo me woh ham se behtar the, lehaza agar hidayat woh hoti jis par tum ho toh is ka matlab ye hai ke tum un se aage badh gaye ho, aur agar tum ye kahte ho ke jin logo ne biddate nikali hai woh agle logo ki raah par nahi chale aur un se aeraz kiya toh waqya bhi yahi hai ke agle log hi behatar o bartar the.

Unhone jitna kuch bayan kar diya hai aur jo kuch kah diya hai wo shafi o kaafi hai, lehaza ab Deen me na isse kam ki gunjaish hai na zyada ki, aur haal yeh hai ke kuch logon ne is me kami kar daali aur is tarha unhone munh mod liya aur kuch logo ne zyadti ki toh woh ghulu ka shikaar ho gaye, aur agle log in dono intihao ke beech sidhi raah par rahe, aur tum ne eemaan bil qadr ke iqraar ke baare me bhi pucha hai toh Be izn Allah tum ne ye sawal ek aise shakhs se kiya hai jo is ko khoob janta hai, un logo ne jitni bhi biddate ijaad ki hai un me asaar ke aitbaar se eemaan bil qadr ke iqraar se zyada waazeh aur thos koi nahi hai, is ka tazkira toh jahiliyat mein be-ilm ne bhi kiya hai, woh apni guftugu aur apne shayr (poetry) me is ka tazkira karte the, is ke zarye woh apne ap ko kisi faut ho jaane wale ke gam me tasalli dete hain. Fir Islam ne is khayal ko mazeed pukhtagi bakhshi, RasoolAllah ﷺ ne is ka zikr ek ya do hadeeso me nahi balke kayi hadeeso me kiya, aur is ko Musalmano ne Aap ﷺ se suna, fir Aap ki zindagi me bhi use bayan kiya aur Aap ﷺ ki wafaat ke baad bhi, is par yaqeen kar ke, is ko tasleem kar ke aur apne ko is se kamzor samajh ke, koi cheez aisi nahi jis ko Allah ka ilm muheet nah ho, aur jo is ke fahrisht me na aa chuki ho, aur is me is ki taqdeer jaari na ho chuki ho, is ke bawujud is ka zikr us ki kitaab mohkam me hai, isi se logo ne use haasil kiya, isi se use seekha.

Aur agar tum yeh kaho ke Allah ne aisi aayat kyu nazil farmayi? Aur aisa kyu kaha (jo aayat taqdeer ke khilaaf hai)? Toh (jaan lo) un logo ne bhi is me se woh sab padha tha jo tum ne padha hai lekin inhe is ki taaweel o tafseer ka ilm tha jis se tum nawaqif ho, is ke baad bhi woh isi baat ke qaayil the ki har baat Allah ki taqdeer aur is ke likhe hue ke mutabiq hai jo muqaddar me likha hai woh hoga, jo Allah ne chaha, wahi hua, jo nahi chaha, nahi hua. Aur ham toh apne liye na kisi nuksan ke maalik hai aur na hi kisi nafa ke.”

Fir iske baad unlogo ne (ache kaam ke taraf) dilchaspi dikhayi aur (bure kaamo se) darte rahe.

Sunan Abu Dawud, kitab as sunnah﴾42﴿, hadith- 4612. Iski sanad Sahih Maqtu hai.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame sunnat par amal karne ki taufeek ata kare. aameen.

Eid Ki Namaz Ke Baad Mubarakbaad Dena, Hath Milana Aur Gale Lagne Ke Ahkaam

Allah pak Quran me farmate hai,

Aur jab tumhe salamti ki koi dua (greeting) di jaye toh tum usse behtar salamti ki dua do ya utna hi lauta kar do. Yakeenan Allah taa'la hamesha se har cheez ka pura hisab karne wala hai.

Surah Nisa, Ayat-86. [Tarjuma: Nighat Hashmi]

۩ Haafidh Ibn Hajr Al-Asqalani kahte hai,

"Ham ne Mahaamiliyaat me hasan sanad ke sath riwayat kiya hai Jabyr ibn Nufayr se jo kahte hai ki Jab RasoolAllah ﷺ ke sahaba Eid ke din ek dusre se mulaqat karte the to wo ek dusre se ye kaha karte the: “Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum [Allah hamare aur apke taraf se (ibadat ko) qubul farmaye]”.

Fath ul Bari, volume-2, page-446.

۩ Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen se pucha gaya, "Eid ki mubarakbaad dene ke ahkaam kya hai aur kya koi khas alfaz hai jinko istemal kiya jaye?"

Shaykh  Ibn Uthaymeen kahte hai:

“Eid ki mubarakbaad dena jaiz hai, aur is ke liye koi jumla makhsoos nahi hai, balki logo ka jis tarha se mubarakbaad dene ka riwaj ho wahi jaiz hai jab tak usme koi gunah shamil na ho.

Baaz Sahaba karaam se bhi Eid ki mubarakbad dena sabit hai, aur agar farz karye sabit nah bhi ho to is waqt yeh ek riwaaj (custom) ka muamla ban chuka hai jis ke log aadi hain, aur Ramadan al mubarak ke muqammal hone par aur qiyam ke baad eid ke roz ek dusre ko mubarakbaad dete hain.”

Shaykh se pucha gaya gaya:

"Namaz eid ke baad musafah karne, gale milne aur mubarakbaad dene ka kya hukm hai?"

Toh Shaykh ka jawab tha:

"In chizo me koi harj nahi hai, kyuki log use bataur Ibadat aur Allah taala ka qurb samajh kar nahi karte hai, balki log ye bataur riwaaj (custom) aur izzat o ikraam aur ehtram karte hai, aur jab tak shariyat me kisi rasm-riwaj ki mumaniyat (manaahi) na aaye to bunyadi usool ye hai ki us chiz ki ijazat hoti hai."

Biddat Ke Mutallik Deen Ka Ek Usool


Kuch logo ko jab Biddat ke mutallik samjhaya jata hai to wo kam-ilmi me ye kahte hai ki Ham log boht se kaam karte hai jise RasoolAllah ya sahabao ne nahi kiya tha ya fir ham log boht se wo kaam karte hai jo sahabao ke zamane me nahi hua tha. Misaal ke taur par phone use krna, biryani khana, flight me safar karna, wagaira. Log ye sirf isliye kahte hai kyuki unhe Deen ke Bunyadi Usoolo ka ilm nahi hota. Deen ke usoolon mein ek bunyadi usool ye hai ki:
"Dunyawi muamlat ya Dunyadaari me har chiz halal hai siwaye uske jise shariyat (Quran aur Sunnah) ne mana kiya ho. Aur Deen me har chiz haraam hai siwaye wo jo shariat se sabit ho."
Toh is Usool e Deen ke bina par faisla kiya jayega ki nayi chize wo Deen ki hai ya Dunya ki. Phone use krna, biryani khana, flight me safar karna ye sab Dunyawi muamlat me aate hai. Isliye yaha par Dunyawi muamlat ke usool ke tahat faisla kiya jayega. Aur ye isliye bhi kyuki RasoolAllah hame Biryani khilane ke liye nahi aaye the wo hame Allah ka Deen sikhane ke liye aye the. To isliye Deen ko samajhne ke liye aql ka istemal lazim hai, lekin hamara muashra kuch aesa hai ke lagta hai ki Molvi sahab ke liye Aql ka istemal hi haraam hai. 

Is Usool ki Dalail sunnat ki roshni me ye hai,

۩ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الرُّومِيِّ الْيَمَامِيُّ، وَعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ، جَعْفَرٍ الْمَعْقِرِيُّ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَمَّارٍ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّجَاشِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ قَدِمَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يَأْبُرُونَ النَّخْلَ يَقُولُونَ يُلَقِّحُونَ النَّخْلَ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالُوا كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ قَالَ ‏"‏ لَعَلَّكُمْ لَوْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا كَانَ خَيْرًا ‏"‏ ‏.‏ فَتَرَكُوهُ فَنَفَضَتْ أَوْ فَنَقَصَتْ - قَالَ - فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ إِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِشَىْءٍ مِنْ دِينِكُمْ فَخُذُوا بِهِ وَإِذَا أَمَرْتُكُمْ بِشَىْءٍ مِنْ رَأْىٍ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ أَوْ نَحْوَ هَذَا ‏.‏ قَالَ الْمَعْقِرِيُّ فَنَفَضَتْ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ ‏.‏

Hazrat Rafi' bin Khadij r.a. Se Riwayat Hai Ke RasoolAllah ﷺ Jis Waqt Madina Me Tashreef Laiy To Sahabah Khajoroon Main Qalm Lagate The (Pollination), Ap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Ye Tum Kyun Karte Ho? Unhoon Ne Kaha: Hum Isi Tarha Karte Hain, Ap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Shayad Tum Na Karo To Is Me Zyada Behtri Ho, Unlogo Ne Isko Chor Diya To Khajure Kam Ho Gain, Unhone Is Baat Ka Zikr Ap ﷺ Se Kiya, Aap ﷺ Ne Farmya: Main Ek Bashar (Insan) Hu, Jab Mai Tumhain Tumhare Deen Ke Bare Main Kisi Cheez Ka Hukam Du To Us Par Amal Karo Aur Jab Kisi Main Tum Ko Apni Zaati Raaye Se Koi Hukam Doon To Is Baat Ka Dhyan Rakho Ki Mai Ek Bashar Hu.

Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Fazaail, Hadith- 2362.

۩ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ ‏"‏‏.‏ رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْرَمِيُّ وَعَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَوْنٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ‏.‏

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Muhammad ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare is Deen me koi aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai to wo mardud hai.

Sahih al bukhari, hadith-2697; Sahih Muslim, hadith-1718.

Char Sunnate Do-do Karke Padhna Afzal Hai


۩ Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: ‘Raat aur din ki (sunnat, nawafil) namaz do (2) do (2) rakatei’n (padhi jaati) hai.’

(Abu Dawood: Abwab al Tatwoo 1295) Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise Saheeh kaha.

Is hadith se malum hua hai ki char sunnate do-do karke do salaamo ke sath padhni chaiye.

۩ Naafe (Tabaee) se riwayat hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. din ko char-char rakate (sunnat) padhte the.

Musannaf ibn Abi Shaiba, Volume-2, page- 274, Hadith- 6634. Sanad Hasan.

Naafe riwayat karte hai ki Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. raat ko do-do rakate aur din ko char rakat (nawafil) padhte the, fir salaam ferte the.

Musannaf Abdul Razzak, 2/501, Hadith- 4225. Sanad Hasan.

Is hadith se malum hua ki ek salaam me char sunnat padhna bhi jayez hai. Lekin behtar yahi hai ki Marfu hadith ki wajah se witr ke alawah tamam sunnate aur nawafil do-do karke padhi jaye.

۩ Hasan al Basri rahmatullah alaihe farmate hai: “صلوۃالنھار رکعتان رکعتان” Din ki namaaz do-do rakate hai.

Masaail Imam Ahmad wa Ishaaq bin rahviyah, riwayat Ishaq bin Mansur al-Kausaj 1/205, Fiqrah : 433 ; Sanad Sahih.

Libas Ko Takhno Se Niche Latkana

۩ ALLAH TAALA KI NAZAR E RAHMATT, HAM KALAAMI AUR GUNAAHON KI SAFAAI SE MAHROOMI, AUR DARDNAAK AZAAB:

Hazrat Abu Dharr r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Teen qism ke logon se Allah Qayamat ke din na ham'qalaam hoga, na unki taraf nazar (rahmat) farmayega aur na hi unko gunaahon se paak wa saaf karega, aur unke liye dardnaak azaab hoga. Pahla, koi chiz de kar ehsaan Jatanay wala, Dusra apne Libaas ko Takhno se neeche latkane wala, Teesra, Jhooti qasam kha kar apna samaan bechne waala."

Sahih Muslim, Kitabul Eemaan, Hadith- 493.

Toh fir ek momin bande ko ye kaise gawaara hona chahiye ke woh koi aisa amal kare Jisse us se muhabbat karne waala Rabb usse ruth jaaye, usse ham kalaami band kar de, aur gunaaho se bojhal uske kandho ko azaad na kare balke rahmat ki jagah ghazab aur pyar ki jagah nafrat ki nigaah se dekha jaaye.

Abu Hurairah r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya Takhno se niche ka izaar aag me hai.

Sahih Al Bukhari, Hadith no. 5787.



۩ Libas Ko Takhno Se Niche Latkane Ke Mutallik Pahli Galat Fehmi:

Aksar log samajhte hai ki Agar Dil me ghamand na ho to apna libas niche latkane me koi harj nahi hai. Lekin ye mahez ek galat fehmi hai Kyuki sirf ghamand wajah nahi hai, aur bhi wajuhaat aur hikmat hai libas to takhne se upar rakhne ki, 

۩ Pahli wajah: Libas ko Saaf rakhna

`Amr bin Maimun r.a. riwayat karte hai ki Umar r.a. ne (apne bhai ke bete se) farmaya, "Ae Mere bhai ke bete! Apne libas ko uncha rakho, Ye tumhare libas ko saaf rakhega aur tumhe tumhare Rab ke azaab se mahfuz rakhega.

Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitab Fazail Ashaab an-Nabi ﷺ, Hadith no: 3700.

۩ Dusri wajah: RasoolAllah ﷺ ki itaat karna 

Muslim Ummat me har Makatib-e Fikr, chahe wo kisi bhi masklak ya jamaat se ho, wo sab tasleem karte hai ki Takhno se upar libas rakhna sunnat hai. Saare fikr ki dalail dene ki zarurat nahi hai lekin Dawat e Islami ke Ameer Ilyas Qadri ka qawl zarur pesh karunga kyuki isi jamaat me aksar ye confusion paayi jati hai.

Imam Tirmidhi ne ek Hadith riwayat ki hai:

Hazrat Ubaid bin Khalid radiAllahu anhu kahte hai, "Mai ek bar Madinah Munawwarah jaa raha tha. Maine apne piche ek shaks ko kahte hue suna, "Apni Lungi ko uchi karo kyuki ye jismani aur roohani najasato (impurities) ko dur karti hai.
Jab mai piche muda dekhne ke liye ki kaun kah raha hai, maine dekha ki wo RasoolAllah ﷺ the. Maine kaha, "Ae" RasoolAllah ﷺ, Ye sirf ek mamuli si chadar (lungi) hai (ek shaks ko isse ghamand kaise ho sakta hai, aur kya is pe dhyan dena zaruri hai)?
RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya, Agar tumhe isme koi bhalai nazar nahi aati, Kya tumhe meri pairwi karna kaafi nahi?
Jab RasoolALlah ﷺ mujhse ye kah rahe the, maine dekha ki unki lungi aadhe pindli (shin) tak pohchi hui thi.

Halanki ye hadith usool e Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek zaif hai lekin ham jiske liye ye hadith pesh kar rahe hai unhe koi mushkil nahi honi chahiye kyuki wo log sahih aur zaif hadith me fark hi nahi karte hai aur unki kitabe zaif hadeeso, kisse-kahaniya se bhari padi hai. Hamare liye to Quran ki wo ek ayat hi kaafi hai jaha par Allah ‎ﷻ farmate hai,

... Aur Jo Kuch Rasool ﷺ De Unhe Lelo Aur Jis Chiz Se Wo Mana Kare Usse Ruk Jao Aur Allah ‎ﷻ Say Darte Raha Karo, Yaqeenan Allah ‎ﷻ sakht azab wala hai. 

Qur'an 59:7.



۩ Libas Ko Takhno Se Niche Latkane Ke Mutallik Dusri Galat Fehmi:

Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai ke Allah ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya, "Jisne bhi takabbur ke taur par apne kapde ko zameen me ghaseeta, Allah Qayaamat me uski taraf nahi dekhega", Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. ne arz Kiya, "Agar main khayal na karun to mere kapde ka ek kona fisal jata hai", Toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya, "Aye Abu Bakr Tum aisa guroor ke taur par nahi karte."

Sunan an-Nasa'i, hadith-5335, Sahih (Sheikh Zubair Ali Zai).

Kuch log is hadith ka matlab ye samajhte hai ki agar ek shaks ko Gurur nahi hai to wo apna libas takhne se niche latka sakta hai. Is hadith ka matlab bilkul bhi ye nahi hai. Is ka matlab ye hai ki jo insan jaan-bujh kar kapde takhno se niche latkata hai, khwah takabbur ka kasad ho ya nahi, is ke liye ye waeed shareed hai.

Ha! Agar koi aadmi kapda takhno se uper rakhne ki puri koshish karta hai lekin us ke bawujud gair iradah ya gair ikhtiyari taur par kapda niche latak jata hai toh woh is waeed me dakhil nahi hoga, kyuki wo maazur hai, jaisa ki Sayyadna Abu Bakr r.a. farmate hai ki jab mai puri puri muhafizat karta hu toh tahband niche nahi latakta. Kabhi zara si gaflat karu to niche latak jata hai. Hadees me يَسْتَرْخِي ka lafz bhi is baat par Dalalat karta hai ki Tahband khud bakhud niche latak jata tha, wo bhi kabhi kabhar na ki hamesha. Sayydna Abu Bakr r.a. kasratan nahi latkate the. Aap ﷺ bhi samajhte the ki ye Waeed har us insan ko shamil karta hai jo takabbur ke irade se latkata hai ya bagair takabbur ke irade irade se. Tab hi to ye sawal kiya tha ki gair iradai taur par gaflat ki wajah se mera tahband latak jata hai. Kya mai bhi usi Waeed me dakhil hu? Ap ﷺ farmaya, "Nahi".

Ha Agar Sayyadna Abu bakr r.a. ye puchte ki mai khud shalwar takhne se niche latka kar rakhta hu aur mera takabbur ka iradah nahi hota, fir agar Aap ﷺ ijazat de dete to baat sahih hoti. Jabki yaha aesi koi baat nahi hai. Aur hadees me kaha gaya hai ki Allah ki nazar me Apna libas takhne se niche latkana hi takabbur hai aur ye Takabbur ki ek kism hai:

Jaabir ibn Sulaym r.a. riwayat karte hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne mujhse farmaya, “Takhne se niche libas latkane se khabardar hona, kyuki ye Ghamand hai aur Allah ghamand ko pasand nahi karta”.

Sunan Abu Dawood, Kitab No : 34, Kitab Al Libas, Hadees-4084, Sahih (Sheikh Albani).

Ek baat aur gaur e Fikr talib hai ki agar libas takhne se upar karne ka hukm sirf takabbur walo ke liye hota to RasoolAllah kabhi bhi apna kapda takhne se upar na rakhte kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ me takabbur nahi tha. RasoolAllah ﷺ me takabbur nahi tha lekin fir bhi wo apna libas apne takhno se upar rakhte the. Aur is baat par puri ummat ka Ijma hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ apne libas ko takhne se upar rakhte the aur ye amal sunnat hai. Isi liye hame is amal ko kasrat se karna chaiye kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ham sab ke liye ek behtreen misaal hai.



۩ Libas Kaha Tak Uthaya Jaye?

Ibn Umar r.a. kahte hai ki mai RasoolAllah ﷺ ke samne se guzra aur meri chadar latak rahi thi, toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki Ae Abdullah! Apni chadar unchi karo. Maine utha liya toh Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ki aur unchi karo. Maine aur unchi ki. Fir mai (apne tahband ko) uthata raha, yaha tak ke kuch logo ne pucha ki kaha tak uthani chaiye? Ibn Umar r.a. ne kaha ki Nisf Pindli tak.

Sahih Muslim, Kitab al libas wal zinat, hadith no: 5200.

Allah se dua hai ki wo hame qayamat ke din apni rahmat me mahfuz rakhe aur hame gunaho se paak kar de. aameen.

Hamara Yeh Iman Hai Ke Rasool ﷺ Deen Ki Har Choti Aur Badi Baat Bata Kar Gaye Hain Yaha Tak Ke Washroom me kaunsi dua padh kar jani hai yaha tak ke pahle right foot rakhna hai ye left foot itni choti si baat bhi Aur Agar Wo Naye Naye Kaam Jo Deen Ke Naam Par Kiye Ja Rahe Hai Uski Koi Asal Hoti To Kya Rasoolallah ﷺ Hame Na Bata Kar Jate. Ab Deen Main Na Koi Izafa Hoga Aur Na Hi Koi Kami Ho Sakti Hai Alhamdolillah Hamara Deen Mukammal Hai. Aur Yahi Hamara Eeman hai Aur Ek Muslim Ka Eeman Hona Chaiye!!

Lekin Dekhne Main Yeh Aaraha Hai Ki Aese Log Hote Hain Jinhe Shayad Nauzobillah Rasool ﷺ ki Batayee Huee Batein Kam Lagti Hain Isliye Woh Deen Ki Baton Main Izafa Karte Rahte Hain Jab ke Unki Batayee Baat Ka Saboot Na Quran Main Hota Hai Aur Na Kisi Saheeh Ahadees Main.

Deen Ki Har Baat Hamein Quran Aur Ahadees Main Milegi Agar Baat Quran Ahadees Se Sabit Hai To WOh Sar Ankho Par Lekin Logon Ki Banayee Huee Bataein Hargiz Deen Nahin Ban Sakti.

Hum Deen Ki Baton Ko Bahot Halke Main Lene Lag Gaye Hain Koi Bhi Aakar Kuch Bata Deta Hai Deen Ke Naam Par Aur Hum Aankhe Band Kiye Hue Use Qabool Kar Lete Hain Nahin Janne Ki Koshish Karte Hain Ke Jo Baat Batayee Gayee Woh Quran Ahadees Se Sabit Bhi Hai Ya Nahin.

Choti Si Baat Hi Lelijiye Namaz Aur Roze Ki Niyat Zaban Se Karna. Koee Bhi Aalim Mufti Kisi Bhi Hadees Se Yeh Sabit Nahin Kar Sakta Ke Rasool ﷺ Ne Zaban Se Niyat Karna Bataya Ho. Niyat Naam Hai Dil Ke Irade Ka Aur Yeh Baat Sab Mante Bhi Hain Sabko Patah Hai Ke Jo Zaban Se Niyat Ke Alfaz Kahe Jate Hain WOh Kisi Bhi Hadees Main Nahin. Yaha Tak Ke Log Likh Bhi Dete Hain Ke Niyat Dil Ke Irade Ka Naam Hai Lekin Zaban Se Karlo To Aur Acha Hai. Unse Poocha Jaye Ke Aapko Kaise Patah Ke Zaban Se Niyat Ki Jaye To Woh Achi Hogi? Aapko Kisne Bataya? Kya Ap Par Wahee Ayi Thi? Ya Aap Yeh Dawah Karte Ho Ke Nauzobillah Rasool ﷺ ko Yeh Baat Patah Nahin Thi Aur Aapko Patah Chal Gayee? Ya Aapka Yeh Dawah Hai Ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Sahaba Kiram Ko Nauzobillah Batana Bhool Gaye? Kis Base Par Aap Kah Dete Ho Ke Zaban Se Kaho To Aur Acha Hai? Jo Bhi Deen ki Baat Thi Rasool ﷺ Sab Bata Kar Gaye Hain To Kyon Hum Usi Main Razi Nahi Ho Jate Hain ? KYon Apni Taraf Se Izafa Karke Hum Rasool ﷺ Ki Mukhalfat Karte Hain ? AUr Jane Anjane Main Rasool ﷺ Ki Toheen Kar Beth Te Hain. Allah Ki Panah!!!

Woh Rasool-E-Aala ﷺ Jo Sare Ambiyan Main Sabse Afzal Hain Unki Baat Ke Ooper Apne Alimo Aur Ulmao Ki Baat Ko Tarjeeh Di Jane Lagi Hai. Hona To Yeh Chahiye Ke Jab Quran Ahadees Ki Sahee Baat Samne Aajaye To Hum Apne Aalim Mufti Ki Baat Ko Chordein Isliye Ke Hamne Kalma Mohammed Rasool Allah ﷺ Ka Parha Hai Na Ke Kisi Imam Mufti Ya Aalim Ka. Kabr Me Hame Hamare Rasool ke bareme pucha jayega na ki kisi Imam ya Maulana ya Molvi sahab ke bareme. Hamein Allah SWT Ne kulli taur par Rasool ﷺ Ki pairwi Karne Ka Hukum Diya Hai Kisi Imam, Mufti, Aalim Ke Peeche Chalne Ko Nahin Kaha.

Lekin Afsos Hum Dawah To Karte Hain Ke Hum Hi Sache Aashiq-E-Rasool Hain Lekin Hamara Amal Sunnaton Ke Khilaf Hota Hai isi liye Jo Aaj Sabse ZYada Aashiq-E-Rasool Hone Ka Dawah Karte Hain WOhi Sabse ZYada Shirk AUr Bidat Main Doobe Hue Hain.

Aur Yaad Rakhiye Jahan Bidat Aajati Hain Wahan Sunnat kabhi Nahin Rehti Hai Sunnat Aur Bidat Ek Jagah Reh Hi Nahin Sakti Hain jaise Aag aur Pani ek jagah nahi rah sakte hai. Isliye Bidato Ko chota Gunah Na Samjho Yeh Bahot Barha Fitna Hota hai. Dheere Dheere Yehi Bidate Deen Ka Hissa Banti Chali Jati Hain Logon Ki Nazro Main, Aur WOh Asal Deen Ki Baat Se Door Ho Jate Hain.

Yahan Par Bhi Bahot se Members Hain Jo Deen ki Batein Share Karte Hain Lekin Kitni Hi Batein Aisi Hoti Hain Jo Na Quran Se Sabit Na Ahadees Se. Aur AIse Logon Ka Honsla Hum AUr Barha Dete Hain Jab Reply Main Likhte Hain Ke Jazzak Allah Khair Nice Sharing. Sochiye Zara Hum Bhi Unki Jhooti Baat Ka Hissa Bante Chale Jate Hain .....

Allah SWT Ka Farman Suniye:

Rasool ﷺ Ki Ata'at Karne Ka Hukum Diya Gaya Hai Rasool ﷺ Ki Itteba Ke Muqable Main Kisi Doosre Ki Ata'at Aur Itteba Karke Apne Aamaal Ko Barbad Na kijiye.

Irshad-E-Bari Ta'ala Hai :

"Aye Logo Jo Iman Laye Ho Allah Ki Ata'at Karo, Rasool ﷺ Ki Ata'at karo Aur Apne Aamaal Barbad Na Karo."

Surah Mohammed, Ayat-33.

Bidat Ko Choti Baat Na Samjhiye Yeh Ek Bahot Bada Gunah Hai Jisse Bachne Ka Hukum Rasool ﷺ Ne Diya Hai:

۩ Ayesha R.a. Riwayat Karti Hai Ki Rasoolullah ﷺ Ne Farmaya Ki Jisne Hamare Is Deen Me Kuch Aisi Baat Shamil Ki Jo Usme Se Nai Hai Toh Wo Amal Mardud Hai.

Sahih Al Bukhari, Book Of Peacemaking ﴾53﴿, Hadees- 2697.

Ek Aur Hadees Hai " Deen ke Andar Nayee Nayee Cheeze Dakhil Karne Se Baaz Raho Bila shubha Har Nayee Cheez Bidat Hai Aur Har Bidat Gumrahi Hai ".

Sunan Abu dawud, Kitab Al Sunnah, hadith-7064.

Ummeed Hai Baat Clear Ho Gayee Hogi Aur Kisi Ko Koi Baat Buri Lagi Ho To uske Liye Ma'azrat Chahta Hoon. Bus Itni Koshish Thi Ke Hum Saheeh Deen Ki Baton Ko Apnalein Bidat Aur Gumrahee Se Bach Jayein.

Rasool ﷺ Se Sachi Mohabbat Hai To Aap ﷺ Ki Batayee Huee Baton Se Aage Barhne Ki Koshish Na Karein Aur Agar Abhi Bhi Usko Zidd ki Wajah Se Baat Samajh Na Ayi Ho To Wo Apna kal Is Hadith Ke aayine Me Dekh le:

۩ Sahl Bin Sa`d r.a. Riwayat Karte Hai Ke Rasoolullah ﷺ Ne Farmaya,

(Qayamat Ke Din) Mere Kuch Saathi Hauz E Kausar Par Mere Saamne Laaye Jayenge Aur Mai Inhe Pahchan Lunga Lekin Fir Woh Mere Samne Se Hata Diye Jayenge. Mai Is Par Kahunga Ke Yeh Toh Mere Saathi Hai. Lekin Mujh Se Kaha Jayega Ke Aap Ko Maloom Nahi Ke Unhone Aap Ke Baad Kya Kya Nai Cheeze Ijaad Kar Li Thi.

Is Par Mai Kahunga Ke Dur Ho Woh Shakhs Jis Ne Mere Baad Deen Me Tabdeeli Kar Li Thi.

Allah SWT Hum Sabko Apne Deen Se Mohabbat Karne Wala Bana Dey Aur Hamein Us Deen Per Sabit Qadam Karde Jo Rasool ﷺ Hamein Dekar Gaye Aur Haq Baat Logon Ke Samne Kehne Ki Hamein Himmat de. Aameen!

Rajab Aur Iski Ibadaat


۞ MAAHE RAJAB KI FAZILAT

Maah e Rajab ki itni umumi fazilat to sabit hai ke char Hurmat wale mahino me shamil hone ki waja se zyada Qabil e Ehtram aur mutabarrak hai. Lekin bataur e khas maah e Rajab ki Fazilat me koi bhi Riwayat sabit nahi jaisa ke Imam Shawkani r.h. ne naqal farmaya hai ke,

۩ "لم يرد فی رجب علی الخصوص سنة صحيحة ولاسنة ولاضعيفة ضعفا خفيفا بل جميع ما روی فيه علی الخصوص امام موضوع مکذوب أو ضعيف شديد الضعف-"

“Khas taur par mah e Rajab ke mutalliq koi Sahih, Hasan ya kum darje ki Zaeef Sunnat warid nahi balke is silsile me warid tamam Riwayat ya to manghadant hai aur jhuti hai ya Shadeed Zaeef hai.”

Al-Sayl al-jarrar 2:143.

۩ Imam Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya r.h. ne farmaya hai: "Rajab ke rooze aur uski kuch qiyaam ke mutalliq jitni bhi ahadiths bayan ki jaati hai wo tamaam jhuty aur buhtaan hai."

Al-Manar Al-Munif, page 96.

۩ Hafiz Ibn e Hajar r.h. ne farmaya hai ke: "Aisy koi bhi sahih hadees aur qabil e hujjat hadees warid nahi jo mahe rajab me mutlaqan roze rakhne ya rajab ke kisi mua'yyin din ka roza rakhne ya iske kisi raat ke qiyaam ki fazeelat par dalalat karti ho."

Tabyeen Al 'Ajab, page-11.

۩ Sayyed Sabiq r.h. farmate hai ke: “Rajab me roze rakhna dusre mahino me roze rakhne se afzal nahi.”

Fiqh as-Sunnah, 1:383.

Ahle ilm ke darj bil aqwaal se maloom hua ke mahe Rajab ki koi bhi khaas fazeelat sabit nahi aur jin riwayaat me iski koi bhi fazeelat marwi hai wo tamaam kazb wa iftera hai, Rajab ki fazeelat ke adm saboot ke zimn me ba'az ahle ilm ne ye riwayaat naqal ki hai ke, "Rasool ﷺ ne hurmat wale mahino me roze rakhne ki targeeb dilai hai", aur chunke rajab bhi hurmat wale mahino me shamil hai, is liye iske roze is amoomi hadees ki wajah se mustahab hue, to ye wazeh rahna chahiyye ke ye riwayaat bhi wazeh nahi, balke zaeef hai, jaisa ke Allama Nasiruddin Albani r.h ne wazahat farmayi hai Daif Abu Dawood, hadith 2328 me. 

۞ MAAHE RAJAB KI BIDAT

Rajab ke mahine me tarah tarah ki biddat wa khurafaat anjaam di jaati hai. In me ye shamil hai:

۩ Biddat:

Rajab ke mahine me kasrat se Umrah karna.

ღ Haqiqat:

Hazrat Aisha r.a. farmati hai: Rasool ﷺ ne mahe Rajab me kabhi Umrah nahi kiya.

Sahih al Bukhari, baab-3, Hadith- 1776.

۩ Biddat:

Maahe Rajab me khas kar ke roze rakhna.

ღ Haqiqat:

Shaykh ibn Taymiya farmate hai, "Jaha tak khaas kar ke Rajab ke roze rakhne ki baat hai, iske mutallik saari hadise zaif aur maudu hai. Ulema me kisi ne bhi (in hadiths par) yakeen nahi kiya. Wo zaif hadeeso maise hai jinhe fazilat ke mutallik riwayat kiya gaya tha; balki un maise aksar maudu aur zhuti hai. Al-Musnad aur baaki jagaho pe ek hadith hai jo kahti hai Hurmat wale mahine me roze rakhne chaiye, lekin ye har hurmat ke mahine ke liye hai sirf Rajab ke liye nahi."

۩ Aur bhi kuch chize hai jinka Deen se koi talluk nahi hai:

ღ Pahle Rajab ko Hazari namaz padhna.
ღ Pandrahwi (15) Rajab ko Umme Dawood ki namaz padhna.
ღ Salaat al-raghaa’ib padhna
ღ Maahe Rajab ki 22 tarikh ko Imam Zafar Siddique ke niyaz ke taur par Kheer pakana.
ღ 22 Rajab ko kunde bharna
ღ Maahe Rajab ki 27 ki raat ko jagna
ღ Is khaas din Murde ke Rooho ko sadaqat wa khairaat karna
ღ Bilkhusus Is maah ko kabro ki ziyarat karna khaas kar Nabi ﷺ ki kabr ki ziyarat karna.
ღ Makhsus Duae padhna.

In biddato se Allah ki panaah talab kare. In kaamo ko na RasoolAllah ﷺ na hi sahaba na hi khulfa e Rashedeen na hi tabaeen aur na hi Tabe-Tabaeen ne kiya. In biddat se hame jihad karna hai apne hath se apne zuban se apne Dil se aur yahi Rasool Allah ﷺ ka farman hai.

Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jab bhi Kabhi ek Rasool bheja jata tha to uske kuch hawari aur sahaba hote the, wo sahabi , apne nabi ki sunnato(tariko) ko mazbuti se pakad lete the aur usi pe jame rahte the. Fir hamesha aisa hua hai ki unke baad kuch aise log paida hue hai JO KAHTE WO THE JO KARTE NA THE, AUR KARTE WO THE JISKA HUKM BHI NAI HUA THA. To sunlo jo unse JIHAD KAREGA APNE HATHO SE, APNE ZUBAN SE, APNE DIL SE WO MOMIN HOGA, aur iske baad EEMAN TO RAAI KE DANE KE BARABAR BHI NAHI HAI.

۩ Abdullah Ibn Umar r.a. farmate hain: TAMAAM Biddatein GUMRAAHI hain, agarche “Ba-Zaahir woh, logon ko ACHCHI lagein”.

Sunan Kubra Baihaqi, (Hadith138).

۩ Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya: ”Maine tumhare paas kuch nahin chhora jo tumhe Allah ke aur kareeb le aye siwaaye jo maine tumhe hukm kiya hai.”

Rasoolullah Qayamat Ke Din Kin Logo Ki Sifarish Nahi Karenge


Hamare muashre me ek galat famy hai ki hamare ilm me ye hai ke Qayamat ke Din RasoolAllah ﷺ apne har ummatio ki shifarish karenge jab ki agar ham sahih hadith padhte to is ke bilkul ulti baat hame pata chalegi.

Qayamat ke din jo Allah ke sath auro ko shareek karege (auro ko pukarega ya auro ke aage sajda karega) uski shifarish RasoolAllah ﷺ nahi karenge:

Hazrat Abu Huraira Radhi Allah Anha Kehte Hain Rasool ﷺ Ne Farmaya, Har Nabi Ke Liye Ek Dua Aisi Hai Jo Zaroor Qabool Hoti Hai Tamam Ambiya Ne Woh Dua Dunia Main Hi Maang Li, Lekin Main Ne Apni Dua Qayamat Ke Din Apni Ummat Ki Shafa’at Ke Liye Mehfooz Kar Rakhi Hai, Meri Shafa’at In shaa Allah Har Us Shakhs Ke Liye Hogi Jo Is Haal Main Mara Ke Usne Kisi Ko Allah SWT Ke Sath Shareek Nahin Kiya.

Qayamat ke din unlogo ki bhi sifarish RasoolAllah nahi karenge jin logo ne Deen me nayi nayi baato ka ijaad kiya hoga matlab jinhone biddat kiya hoga:

RasoolAllah ﷺ Hauz-e-Kausar say apne ummatio ko pani pila rahe honge aur unhe rok dia jaega, inko bhi Nabi ﷺ yehi samjhaenge ke yeh to meray farmabardar ummati hain lekin Aap ﷺ ko mutla’ kia jae ga ke ‘Ae Nabi ﷺ Aap nahi jantay ke inho ne Aap ke jane ke bad kya kuch kiya, inhon ne Aap ke baad Deen me Nayi Nayi cheeze nikal li thin’, to Aap ﷺ farmaenge “In ke liye (rahmat se) duri ho! In ke liye duri ho!  Jinho ne mere baad Deen ko badal dala.”

[Sahih Bukhari, Vol.8, kitab ur-Riqaaq, Hadith- 6584].

 Is hadith se ye malum hua ki Qayamat ke din Biddatio ki bhi sifarish RasoolAllah nahi karenge. Allah se dua hai ki Allah hame biddat aur shirk se bachae aur wahi Deen par amal karne ki Taufeek ata kare jo Deen RasoolAllah chhor kar gae the. aameen.

Eid Ki Namaz Ke Baad Kabr Par Jane Ke Ahkaam


Ek aur chiz jo kuch Muslim karte hai wo ye hai ki wo eid ki namaz ke baad kabristaan ya kabr par jaate hai jiska naam o nishaaan na hi Quran me hai aur na hi sunnah me. Kabristan jana RasoolAllah ke sunnah maise hai lekin Eid ki namaz ke baad kabistan jana sunnah maise nahi hai.

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare is deen me kuch aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai to wo mardud hai.

Sahih al bukhari, had-2697; Sahih Muslim, hadith-1718.

RasoolAllah ne ek aur hadith me farmaya hai

Rasoollallah ﷺ ne farmaya, "Sabse behtareen Kalam Allah ki kitab hai aur sabse behtareen tareeqa Muhammad ﷺ ka tareeqa hai sabse badtareen kaam Deen mein nayee nayee baton ka paida karna hai ..."

Sahih Bukhari: Volume 9, Book 92, Number 382.

Eid ki namaz ke baad kabr par jana na hi RasoolAllah se sabit hai na hi sahabao se na hi kisi salaf se aur na hi char Imam maise kisi ek Imam se. Lihaza ye amal biddat hai.

Aql ki baat hai Eid ka din Khushi ka din hota hai maze karne ka din hota hai. Aur Kabr par jane ka maksad maut ko yaad kar ke fikr mand hona hota hai. To ye amal eid ke maksad aur paigam se hi takrata hai. Isi liye Eid ke din ko khas kar ke kab par jana mana hai kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne kabhi bhi is din ko khas karne ka hukm nahi diya aur na hi khud khas kiya. Yahi baat Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen apne fatawe "Majmoo’ Fataawa Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 16/216-223" me bhi kahte hai

Sheikh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen farmate hai

"Kabr par jana Eid ke khas din ko makhsus nahi karna chaiye na hi juma ko na kisi khas din ko. Ye RasoolAllah se sabit hai ki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne raat ko kabr ki ziyarat ki jaise ki Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai sahih Muslim ke hadith me. Aur RasoolAllah ﷺ ne farmaya tha, "Kabr pe jaao kyuki ye tumhe aakhirat ki yaad dilayegi".

Kabr par jana ek ibadat hai aur koi bhi ibadat tab tak qubool nahi hoti jab tak ke wo sharai tarike se na ho. RasoolAllah ﷺ ne kabhi bhi Eid ka din khas nahi kiya Kabr par jane ke liye isiliye hame bhi nahi karna chaiye."


Note: Ye ahkaam sirf uske liye hai jo Eid ke din kabr par jaane ko Deen ka hissa ya amal samajhta ho.

Shab e Barat Aur Iski Haqeeqat


Shaban Maheene Mein 15th Shab Ko Shab-E-Barat Ke Naam Se Yaad Kiya Jata Hai ...!!

Kuch log is raat ke liye shab-e-qadr jaisi fazilate bayan karte hain.. Yeh aqeedah rakha jata hai ke is raat pure saal me hone wale waqiyaat ka faisla kiya jata hai. Is raat infiradi wa ijtimayi ibadato ka ahtmam kiya jata hai, atish baziya ki jati hain, Masjido me charagha kiya jata hai, bewa aurte ye samajhti hai ke unke shoharo ki roohe is raat aati hai isliye behtreen kism ke pakwaan tayyar karke unka intezar karti hain.

Shab-e-barat ki fazilat me Quran ki ye ayat pesh ki jati hai, "Hamne is (Quran) ko mubarak raat me nazil farmaya, ham logo ko darane wale hain" (al-dukhhan, ayat no.3)

In ka yeh qawl sarasar galat wa bebuniyad hai jiski daleel yeh hai ke Allah Rabbul alaalameen ne is ayat me jis raat ko mubarak raat kaha hai woh Ramzan ki shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat. Kyonki yeh baat har Musalman janta hai ke Quran e kareem ka nuzool maahe Ramazan me hua hai na ke shaban ke mahine me.

Irshad-e-Rabbani hai,

“Ramzan toh woh mahina hai jisme Quran majeed nazil kiya gaya”. 

Surah baqara, ayat- 185.

Dusri jagah Rabbul aalaameen irshad farmata hai,

“Humne is (quran kareem) ko shab-e-qadr main nazil farmaya tumhe kya malum ke shab-e-qadr kya hai, shab-e-qadr main ek raat ki ibadat hazar mahino ki ibadat se behtar hai.”

Surah qadr, ayat 1-3.

In ayaat se malum hua ke Surah adh-dukhan ki ayat no. 3 me jis mubarak raat ki taraf ishara kiya gaya hai usse murad shab-e-qadr hai na ke shab-e-barat!

Shaban ki 15wi raat ki fazilat me jo bhi hadeese bayan ki jati hain sab ki sab sehat ki aetebaar se mauzoo hai ya zaeef hai (daleel). Isi tarhan is raat ki ibadato ke silsile main jo bhi hadees bayan ki jati hain woh saari mauzu hain.

Ek hadees hai jo 15wi shab ke liye bayan ki jati hai "RasoolAllah ﷺ Ne farmaya ke Allah 15 wi shaban ki raat ko tamam makhlukh ki bakhshis farma dete hai siwaye shirk karne wale ke aur keena rakhney wale ke." 

Sunan ibn majah, vol 1 , # 1390.

Lekin is hadees ko Muhaddiseen e karaam jaise Shaykh Zubair ali zai wagaira zaif karar dete hai.  Isme 2 raawi zaif hai, Ibn lahya aur Waleed bin Muslim aur dono 'an' se riwayat kar rahe hai aur samaa ki tashreeh maujood nahi hai.

Aur jahan tak logo ki maghfirat ki baat hai toh ye sirf isi raat ke sath khas nahi hai balke yeh to roz hota hai, jaisa ke saheeh ahadees se sabit hai ki “Allah s.w.t. har din akhri raat ke pehar me sama e dunia par aata hai aur yeh aelaan karta hai ke, 'Kaun hai jo mujhe pukare fir mai uski dua ko qabool karu, kaun hai jo mujhse sawal kare aur mai use doo, kaun hai jo mujh se maghfirat talab kare aur fir main uski maghfirat kardu".

Isse malum hua ke gunaho ki maghfirat ka kaam hamesha hota rahta hai. Yeh sirf shab-e-barat ke sath khas nahin.

Haqeeqat yeh hai ke shab-e-barat ka Islam se koi talluq nahi.

Ab koi yeh kahe ke ham is raat ibadat hi to karte hain to isme burayi kya hai? Burayee ibadat me hargiz nahin hai burayee hai is baat me ke jo baat Rasool ﷺ ne nahi batayee woh hum kaise kar sakte hain? Kya ham Rasool se zyada Deen ki samajh rakhte hai?

Ek insan agar Asar ke 4 farzo ki jagah 5 parhne lage to kya woh sahee hoga? Hargiz nahin jabke woh ek rakat namaz hi zyada parh raha hai par RasoolAllah ﷺ ne 4 bataye hai toh ham usse zyada ya kam nahi kar sakte. Iski hadees se ek misaal kuch aesi hai:

Sa'iid Ibn al Musayyib r.a. (Tabaeen) ne ek shaks ko suraj tulu hone ke baad do rakat se zyada padhte hue dekha sajda aur ruko me izafa karte hue, toh unhone use mana kiya ye karne se. Us shaks ne jawab diya: 'Ae Aba Muhammad, kya Allah mujhe namaz padhne ke liye saza dega? Unhone kaha: 'NAHI, LEKIN WO TUMHE SUNNAT SE IKHTILAF KARNE KE LIYE SAZA DEGA'.

SUNAN AL-KUBRA 2/466.

Isi tarha ibadat Allah swt ke yaha woh qubool hogi jiske karne ka hukum Rasool ﷺ ne diya hai. Aur shab-e-barat ki ibadat kisi bhi sahee ahdees se sabit nahin.

Zara sochye ke agar yeh itni fazilat wali raat hoti to kya sahaba e karaam is raat ko ibadat na karte? Koi ek bhi waqiya sahaba e karam se sabit nahi ke un logo ne is raat ko khaas ibadat ki ho. Jo khaas ibadat ki raat hai woh toh Ramadan ki shab-e-qadr hai usme jitni chahe ibadat karein!

Ek baat yaad rakhein ke Allah swt us ibadat ko qubool karta hai jisme niyat khalis Allah ki raza ki ho aur tareeqa khalis RasoolAllah ﷺ ka ho!

Ek baat aur ki jaati hai 15 tareekh ko ke log halwa banate hai baant te hai apas main aur bahut sawab samajhte hain. Iski haqeeqat kya hai yeh bhi dekh lein..!! Halwa banane wale iski daleel yeh dete hain ke ghazwa-e-ohad me Rasool ﷺ ke daant mubarak shaheed hue the takleef ki wajah se Aap ﷺ khana khane se qasir the, isliye Rasool ﷺ ne halwa naush farmaya tha, Aap ﷺ ki is sunnat par amal karte hue is raat halwa khaya jata hai.. Yeh woh daleel hai jis par unki puri imarat qayam hai.

Tareekhi aetebar se bhi ye daleel be-buniyad hai isliye ke ghazwa-e-ohad shawwal 3 hijri me paish aya tha na ke shaban ke mahine main, yeh kitni khilafe aqal baat hai ke daant mubarak maah e shawwal me shaheed ho aur halwa khane ki sunnat maah e shahban me ada ki jaye. Woh bhi sirf ek din? Aur agar sunnat se itni hi muhabbat hai to pahle dant shaheed karwaye fir halwa khaye..!!

Kabr Par Phool Rakhne Ke Ahkaam


Allah pak Quran me farmate hai

..Aur hamne yeh kitab nazil farmaee hai jiss mein her cheez ka shafi biyan hai aur hidayat aur rehmat aur khuskhabri hai musalmanon kay liye.
(al Israa :89)

Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya ki Meri sunnat aur khulfa rashidin ki sunnat ko daanto ki mazbuti se pakde rahna aur har nayi chiz jo deen me nikali jaye usse bachna kyuki har nai chiz ek gumrahi hai.
[Musnad Ahmad (4/126) and at-Tirmidhee (2676).

Kuch Muslims ka aqidah hai ki wo kabr par phool rakhte hai aur wo is amal ko murdo ke liye faydemand samajhte hai. Asal me ye ahkaam na to kitab e hidayat me hai aur na hi sunnat e Rasool me. Kabr par phool rakhna Deen me nayi chiz hai.

Ayesha r.a. riwayat karti hai ki Mohammad s.a.w. ne farmaya ki Jisne hamare is deen me kuch aisi baat shamil ki jo usme se nai hai to wo mardud hai.

Sahih al bukhari, had-2697. Sahih Muslim, had-1718.

Kuch log apne is amal ki himayat karne ke liye ek hadith pesh karte hai:

Ibn Abbas r.a. riwayat kahte hai: RasoolALlah ﷺ do kabr se guzre aur farmaya."In dono ko saza ho rahi hai lekin us chiz ke liye nahi jisse bachna mushkil tha. Un maise ek ko saza isliye ho rahi hai kyuki wo peshab ke katro se(apne jism aur kapde) ki hifazat nahi karta tha. Aur dusra shaks logo me galat baate failata tha." Fir unhone ek Taazi Khazur ke patte ki daal liya aur usko do bhag me takseem kar diya aur use do kabro se har ek par ek tukda rakh diya. Unlogo ne farmaya:"Ae RasoolAllah apne ye  kyu kiya? 
RasoolAllah ne farmaya: "Shayad ye azaab kam ho jaye jab tak ye sukhi nahi hoti".
[al-Bukhaari (218) and Muslim (292)]

Ab jo log ye hadith pesh karte hai un ke ilm ke liye bata du ki jo amal RasoolAllah ﷺ ne kiya wo do tarha ke hote hai. Ek wo amal jo sare muslims ko amal karne ke liye hoti hai aur dusra wo amal jo khas RasoolALlah ke liye hoti hai jise mojzah kahte hai. To ye amal mojzah hai kyuki na hi RasoolAllah ne apne sahabi ko ye amal karne ka hukm diya aur na hi ye amal kisi sahaba ne kiya. Agar ye amal mojzah nahi hota to sahaba bhi kasrat se ya amal karte par haqiqat me aesa kuch nahi hai. Ab sahih hadiths me ek aur riwayat hai ki RasoolAllah  ﷺ ne chand ko ungli ke ishare se do tukde kiye to kya ummat e mohammadi ko bhi chand ko ungli ke ishare se do tukde karne ki koshish karni chaiye???? Ye bilkul hi aql ke khilaf hai aur sath-sath islami shariah ke khilaf bhi hai.

Dusri baat RasoolAllah ne hame kabr ki ziyarat ka tarika sikhaya hai lekin un ke tarike me is amal ka zara bhi zikr nahi hai.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz farmate hai:

Ye(amal) Islam me mashru nahi hai, balki ye biddat hai. Kyuki RasoolAllah ﷺ ne wo daal sirf un do kabro par hi rakha jinke aazaab ka unhe ittela diya gaya tha; unhone ye daal un do kabro ke alawa kisi aur kabr par nahi rakha. Aur Isse hame ye pata chalta hai ki ye kabr par rakhne ki ijazat nahi hai kyuki RasoolALlah ﷺ ne farmaya: " Jisne hamare is Deen me koi aisi baat shamil ki jo is maise nahi hai to wo mardud hai. Aur Sahih Muslim me bhi riwayat kiya gaya tha ki Agar koi shaks koi aesa amal karta hai jo is(Deen) maise nahi hai to wo mardud hai."

Isi tarha Kabro par likhna ya kabro par phool rakhne ki ijazat nahi hai isi do hadith ki wajeh se jo upar bayan ki gai hai, aur kyuki RasoolAllah ne kabro ka pakka karwana, un ke upar imarat banwana, un ke upar baithna aur un ke upar likhna mana farmaya tha.

Majallat al-Buhooth al-Islamiyyah, 68/50.

JO chiz pe amal karna hai hame RasoolAllah  ﷺ ne bata diya hai. Agar Kabr ke upar phool rakhne me bhi koi sawab ya fayda hota to RasoolAllah  ﷺ hame zarur bata kar jate. Unhone nauzbillah ummat se koi baat chupai nahi hai.
Mohammad ﷺ ne farmaya: ”Maine tumhare paas kuch nahin chhora jo tumhe Allah ke aur kareeb le aye siwaaye jo maine tumhe hukm kiya hai.”
[Reported by at-Tabaraani, authentic, refer to Asl Sifatis-Salaati n-Nabee, vol. 3, p. 942][Musnad Ahmad, Silsilah Sahiha 1803, Sahih by Albani].

Note:-  Ye saare ahkaam sirf us masle me hai jab ek shaks kabr par phool dalne ko Deen ka hissa samjhe. Agar koi ise Deen ka hissa na samajh kar kar raha ho ya fir sirf mayyat ki muhabbat me kar raha ho (bagair Deen ka hissa samjhe) to us par ye ahkaam nahi lagte na hi uske is amal ko biddat kaha jayega. Lekin is baat ko dhyan me rakhe ki phool dalna ziyarat e kabr ka hissa nahi nahi, Ye khud Mufti Akmal kahte hai jo barelwi fikr se talluq rakhte hai (Daleel) .

Hijama- Ek Sunnat Ilaaj


KOi Bimari Laa Ilaaj nahi. ALLAH SWT ke Fazal se har Bimari ka Ilaaj mOujud hai.

Nabi ﷺ ne Farmaya ALLAH Ta'ala ne Duniya me kOi Bimari aisi nahi utari jiski Dawa aur Shifa mOujud na ho.[Sunan Abu Daud, 28:3846].

☻HIJAMA Ek Sunnat Ilaaj☻

• Hijama ek unani ilaaj hai jis ke zariye jism se kharaab khoon nikaal diya jaata hai baghiar koi dard, dawa aur side effect ke.

• Hijama sunnat e Rasool SAWS aur Unani tareeqa e ilaaj hai.

• Hijama karwana ya lagwana Huzoor SAWS ki sunnat hai yani khud Aap SAW hijama karaya karte aur apni Ummat ko bhi uski targheeb bhi dete.

Irshaad e Nabawi SAWS hai “ behtareen ilaaj jisay tum karte ho hijama hai.( Sunan Abi Dawud 3857 )

•Aur Hijama mein 72 bimaariyon se najaat milti hai ( TABRAANI )

•Aur Hijama ke liye chaand ki 17, 19 , 21 tareeq (date) ikhteyaar karayga use har bimaari se najaat aur shifa hogi.In shaa ALLAHH. ( Sunan Abi Dawud 3861 (Hasan) )

۩ Hazrat ibne Abbas (rz) Huzur akram s.a.w.sallam se riwayat karte hai, Aap s.a.w.sallam ne farmaya shifa teen chizo me hai,1) Hijama ke zariye cut lagane me. 2) Shahed ke istemaal me. 3) Aag se daagne me, tahumm mai apni ummat ko aag ke daagne se rokta hun.

(Sahih al Bukhari, hadees- 5680)

۩ Hazrat Jabir (r.z) Huzur akram s.a.w.sallam se riwayat karte hai, Aap s.a.w.sallam ne farmaya agar tumhari dawao me kisi dawa me shifa hai toh Hijama ke zariye cut lagane me hai, yaa shahed ke istemaal me, yaa phir aag se daagne me ,(basharteke) ye daagna oos marz ko raast aajaye, lekin mai aag se daagne ko pasand nahi karta.

(Sahih al  Bukhari 5783)

۩ Hazrat Anas (rz) farmate hai ke Rasool ﷺ ne farmaya :

Sabb se bahetreen dawa jissay tumm ilaaj karo who Hijama lagwana hai aur qustool bahri (samandari jadi buti) se ilaaj karna hai. (Sahih al Bukhari 5797)

۩ Hazrat Jabir (rz) ne hazrat Muqanna(rz) ki iyaadat ki aur farmaya ke jab tak tum hijama na lagwalo, mai wapas nahi jaonga. isliye ke maine nabi kareem s.a.w.sallam se suna hai k Hijama lagwane me shifa hai

۩ Hazrat Samrut bin Jundabb (rz) farmate hai ke Huzoor akram s.a.w.sallam ke paas bani Fazara qabile ka ek dehati aaya. Us waqt Aap s.a.w ko ek Hijama karne wala Hijama kar raha tha, pass Hijama karne wale ne blade se cut lagaya tov dehati ne (tajjoob se ) poocha. Aye Allah k rasool ! yeh aap kiya kar rahe ho ? Aap s.a.w.sallam ne irshaad farmaya yeh Hijama hai, yeh un sabb ilaajo se bahetar hai jo log ikhtiyaar karte hai.

۩ Hazrat Maalik bin Saasa (rz) famate hai k Nabi akram s.a.w ne farmaya ke Meraaj ki raat mera farishto ki jiss jamaat par bhi guzar hua ,unhone mujhe Hijama se ilaaj karane ko kaha. (Tibrani)

۩ Hijama ke zariye ilaaj karne se inn bimario me faida hota hai.

5) Kaan ke andar aawaaze aana
6) Saher (jaadoo)
7) Ghutno ka dard Tenshion ki wajah se sir dard
8) Shaqiqa (migraine)

13) Thakaan
14) khoon ki gardish ko bahetar karne k liye
15) pet ka dard
16) sine ka dard
17) Khansi
18) Mardaana taqat ke liye

22) Aurton/Mardon ke poshida amraz
23) Cancer
24) Dil ke Amraz aur bahut si badi chhoti bimariya jinki lambbi fahrist hai,lehaza tamam Amraz ka Ilaaj Hijama me mOujud hai.Subhan Allahhh.

Humne yahan Ahadees ke hawale diye hain. Aur ye aisi Sunnat hai jo mit rahi hai, Kuch logon ko iske baare me bilkul bhi pata nahi hai. Hum sab ko is Sunnat ko phir se aam karna hai. Iski hum sab ko koshish karni hai in shaa Allah.

Aur ye dekhiye ke China walo ne is sunnat ko "chinese therapy" naam de kar is se logon ka ilaj kar rahe hai.for mOre details see-

Mazaar Par Chadar Chadhane Ki Haqiqat


Aj hamare bich ek galat rasam ne jageh leli hai ke kuch log Chadar chadhane ki mannat mangte hain aur fir mazar pe jakar chadar chadhate hain aur chadaron ki building khadi kar dete hain.

Kuch ghanton ke baad hi woh chadar wahan se ghayab hokar kisi dukan me bech diya jata hai aur aisa karne wale naam nihad Mujaawar hain jo khud ko mazar ka thekedar samjhte hain aur woh chadar ka paisa unki jeb me chala jata hai.
Ek tarah se ajkal mazar in Mujaawar ke liye dhande ki jagah ban gayi hai jo apne kirdar se tamam Muslim Ummah ko badnam karte hain.

Aaiye dekhte hai ki Islam is amal ko kya kahta hai:

Quran wa Sunnah ki ek bhi ayat ya riwayaat nahi hai jo kahti hai ki ek Muslim ko kabr par chadar chadhana chaiye. Balki ye amal haraam hai. Afsos ki baat hai ki aj kuch log is amal ko ibadat samajh kar kar rahe hai jab ki unke ulema aur unke fiqah me khud ye amal na-pasandida aur galat hai jiski koi sharai haesiyat nahi hai.

Qadhi Ibrahim(Hanafi ulema) kahte hai: "Ajkal kuch gumraah log kabr par Hajj karne lage hai aur unhone tarika(rasm) bana liye hai isko. Aur un muamlat me jo unke mazhab aur shariat ne mukhalifat ki hai wo ye hai ki log apni be-basi aur aajzi zahir karte hai mazaro ke paas aur waha chiraga karte hai. Waha par CHADAR CHADHANA, unke liye ek Mujaawar takweez karna, unko chumna, aur unse rizk aur aulaad mangna, ye saare amalo ka koi dalail nahi hai Shari'ah Islamiyyah me"
 [Ja' al-Haq p.302]

Allamah Haskafi al-Hanafi(Hanafi ulema) kahte hai: "Jo chize aur nazr-niyaz qaum karti hai qabr ke pass,chahe wo  nagad(cash) ya Tel(oil) ki shakal me ho to ye aam sahmati me ye baatil aur haraam hai."
[Durr e Mukhtar v.2, p.139]

۩ Anwar Shah Kashmiri Deobandi: "Dua Ki Ijtemai Surat Jiska Ajkal Riwaj Hai Sabit Nahi" (Al Arf Al Shazi P#98)

۩ Saudi Majlis Ifta: "Hame Kisi Aisi Daleel Ka Ilm Nahi Jo Is Amal Ki Mashroiat Par Dalalal Karti Ho". (Alfatawa Alislamia 290/1)

Namaz Ke Baad Ijtamai Dua Karna Biddat Hai Balkay Hamein Namaz Ke Baad Masnoon Azkaar Karna Chaiye Jo Ke Sunnat Se Sabit Hai. Mohammad ﷺ Ne Farmaya Ki Meri Sunnat Aur Khulfa Rashidin Ki Sunnat Ko Daanto Mazbuti Se Pakde Rahna Aur Har Nayi Chiz Jo Deen Me Nikali Jaye Usse Bachna Kyuki Har Nai Chiz Ek Gumrahi Hai.

Maulana Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri r.h. Kahte Hain Ki Agar Koi Personally (Akela) taur par Namaz Ke Baad Haath Uthakar Dua Maang Leta Hai To Usme Koi Harz Nahi, Imam Ibne Taymiya Rh, Ibn E Qaiyyam Rh, Ibne Hajar Rh, Aur Bahut Se Muhaqqeen Ulma Ne Farz Namaz Ke Baad Mashoor Ijtemaai Dua Ka Inkaar Kiya Hai Aur Ise Bid'at Kaha Hai.

Aap ﷺ Ne Farmaya:- "Jald Hi Meri Ummat Me Aise Log Paida Honge Jo Paani Ke Istemaal Me Aur Dua Karne Me Hadd Se Aage Badh Jayenge".

Sunan Abu Dawood 1480, Imam Haakim Aur Imam Zahabi Ne Ise Sahih Kaha Hai.

Ijtemaai Dua Ki Daleel Me Bayaan Ki Jaane Waali Tamaam Riwayate Zaeef Hai... Allah Swt Hume Bidat Se Bachne Aur Sunnato Par Chalne Ki Taufiq Ata Farmaye.
